Hello everyone,
Hope I can get some help/answers to my problem
So I was feeling good all day then I went to the gym like any other day, and as soon I started lifting I got a F headache like a pulsating pain, so I would stop for a min and it would kinda go away a little and I would start lifting again but it would come back almost immediately . I just couldn’t do it and just ended up going home.

whynot_meIt's probable that your blood pressure is the problem
BP issue most likely. Get BP checked and if you are taking anything currently then look if any of those are the culprit (usually means lower the dose).
I also suggest not taking pre workout. A good meal and plenty of water should be all you need.
As mentioned below, get your BP checked. Hypertension can lead onto more serious cardiovascular problems if left untreated, do not to be taken likely. Take it from an old fart on BP medication….

Is this by any chance the first time you have trained on steroids (first ever cycle)? Is it in a specific area of the brain/head rather than all over?
It’s not my first time brother, but my last cycle was almost 3 years ago, it is just like all over my brain as soon as the blood flow starts pumping that’s when I feel it, I will stop the caffeine and I also ordered some Nitric oxide and other natural blood circulating supplements
What's your Blood Pressure currently or just before you train? Isn't 2 cans of Monster around 500mg of Caffeine plus?
I went back to the gym today, no monster and no preworkout and It was great ;) so yeah it was the caffeine and as mg of caffeine in the monsters I have no idea but it’s just trash though, loaded with sugar too
Are you on Winstrol by any chance? That’s always a bad side effect for me. Not for everyone but I get it bad. Especially when taken before a workout.

Check your blood pressure and stop or cut down on any caffeine drinks (soda, coffee, pre-workout products) especially before going to the gym. Make sure you're hydrated. When's the last time you checked your blood? What's your red blood cell count?

That is what I thought as well, I drink monster during the day and then pre-workout before the gym, so I do need to cut down, I also need to drink more water.
I have no idea about my red blood cell count, I am currently on boldenone so it might be a little high too

Thanks a lot bro, yeah they are pure F***G poison , I am also a juice addict, I am talking about like green juice and all of that. I will start juicing beets, carrots and ginger everyday, I also ordered more natural supplements but more importantly just quit energy drinks.
Can you tell me what’s the process like when you donate blood, they test your blood or you just go in and donate, I just don't want them to be asking me 100 questions
Donation centers test your blood, but won’t give you any of the results. You should go soon because the last time I ran EQ, I waited too long and the iron in my blood got too high and they wouldn’t let me donate. I had to cut a lot of foods out of my diet for months before my iron levels came down and was allowed to donate again. It sucked because I could actually my blood pressure getting worse. Find a LabCorp near you or Quest Diagnostics to get your blood tested.

I would look into one of those donation centers next week, so they just take your blood and that’s it, they won’t tell you any results like your iron level etc? i would have to go to a actual lab corp for that right?
And just a quick update bro, I went back to the gym and it was great, it didn’t drink no energy drinks nor preworkout so yeah it was definitely too much caffeine in my system
Happy to hear your workout went well. The donation center actually pricks your finger to test your iron right before you donate. That’s one blood result they will give you. You have to be below 18 to donate. The EQ put me at 21 back then. Took me at least three months to bring it back down . It was all my fault for procrastinating. I felt so much better after I did. It’s comparable to changing the oil on your car,. I also always feel good knowing I helped someone else too. I always wonder if they get the sudden urge to go workout, Lol. Anyway, happy you solved this issue, because if you still got the headache, it could’ve been bad news.
Lose the Monster. That shit is poison. You’re much better off with a cup of coffee . You should also donate blood as that equipoise will thicken your blood. Headaches should never be ignored, and definitely get your blood tested soon. Seriously though, quit that MONSTER shit immediately. That shit sucks and shouldn’t even be legal.
It is brother, I am kinda stupid. Last night I had a monster around 6pm and I took a preworkout by 9. Lately I have been working a lot too and not resting well to be honest, + kids, gym etc I think my body is telling to slow that fuck down a little bit
I wouldn’t call you stupid, just dedicated. Fuck the pre workout shit. Fight through it, and you’ll realize you don’t really need any of that shit
