Hi guys,
This will be my first ever post on the eroids boards but what happened today is something i must share with everybody here because i feel the support and fantastic comments i have received since joining this wonderful site which allows people of the same ilk to motivate and educate each other in a way never previously known to fitness fanatics,bodybuilders and every other physique type driven athletes we have as members has helped to drive and push me harder and harder over the last 18mths or so.
So lets get to whats made me so happy today, well! we arrived home from the gym at around 3pm today, normal procedure of picking up the mail piled behind the door and viking snatching anything that looked like a package out of my hands lol.. no need to explain what he was expecting (more gear) maybe? lol..... anyway i notice a letter from N.A.B.B.A. hmm i think to myself it must be our new membership cards? but feel no credit card sized items inside the envelope, so i tear the thing open and OMG i cannot believe my eyes! its an offical invitation to the universe in 14 weeks time.. SCREAMS, TEARS, JOY, ELATION,HAPPINESS, FEAR all rolled into what was a 2 minute emotional roller coaster OMG OMG OMG OMG.. that was him not me lol.
RIGHT! he says we start prep NOW! so we jump back in the car and go turkey buying lol so its 14 weeks on turkey starting right now!
Target BF% for this show will be 3% or as near as possible in the hardest most striated condition ever, the brazilians come in big and hard and are usually the ones to beat in this multi nation competition so that will be the style of physique we will try to emulate here.
You all know viking well and know he spends hours in PM giving tips and advice but i need to ask you a favour here please guys... could you please, please, pretty please allow me to steal him from you for the next 14 weeks i need all of his knowledge and skill set now more than ever before! this show and being a universe competitor is more than a dream come true for me, it means everything and will be the pinnacle of my bodybuilding life so far, i cannot do it without him and need him to be fully plugged in with me 100% so i can be the best i have ever been.
Let me thank you all once again you have been part of my journey so far and seen me transform over time and i feel i am not just doing this for myself but for all of us to prove champions can be born out of our wonderful community.

Hey Viking you two should start a group called The Road To The Universe! We can track her progress and cheer her on. It would be a great thing as a community to be in support of! Just a thought.

Really upping the game now... she spent most of yesterday doing posing practice with an ex miss universe to get really polished in that dept... that will be happening now every fortnight for the next 12wks.... she wants this soooooo bad its become more than an obsession.
Also this time its not just nolva for a slight estro crash on the drying out phase.... this time we are going to kill it dead with a nolva/aro/letro combo for 16 days and also A/bombs on the carb loading phase not just to force the loading but for the massive androgen kick for maximum hardness.
Shes @ 8% right now so only 5% to drop without losing any muscle mass and we will be ready to rock n roll.... 2 comps in sept just to test the new routine and make any final adjustments then BOOOOM... universe here we come in october.
6 day on routine in place now with fasted cardio (spin bike) at 4.30am every morning....... 2xbody parts pr day... medium weight mid range reps..... as weeks pass reps will increase to max 20 pump and flush protocol.

Primobolan depot @ 300mg wk
Tren Enanthate @ 500mg wk
6 wk out stack revision.....
Riptropin @ 2iu ed
Test prop @ 100 mg ed

Clen from 8wks out cycled 2wks on 2wks off @120mcgs ed (i know its high but she likes like that)
16 days out... drying protocol with the nolva/aro/letro stack will be introduced
6 days out...... 3 day carb depletion starts (zero carbs) or near dammit lol
3 days out.......3 day carb loading starts with A/bombs @ 100mg ed
Also this time we are going to try something that works for me but will be a pure experiment with suze.... going to try this from next week to see if it works or not or if she can handle the pain.
TNE will be shot into delts tris and bis with slin pins for a synthol type effect...... pumps the muscle up temporarily unlike synthol with the added benefit of the pre/workout boost ...... this one will be good to watch lol.... if it works for her this will happen for 5 days pre comp day purely for the "look".
There you have it!... thats our comp prep right there not including the gym work and killer diet lol.

These big stacks were never the original game plan but as things have progressed its the only way to stay competative.... must admit she handles the shit well but the monthly bill on mach 3 blades has doubled lmaoooo... and when she answers the phone the person on the other end calls her "sir" lol

He is obviously a man that has his priorities straight, and the way he speaks of you shows where you rank on his list. Kill it for all if us at eroids. No offense taken my brother... you are right (as usual lol).... the preparation this time will be the most intense so far, and i do understand i need to give her everything i have with this!.. its not just the training and diet but all the after work talking and planning ironing out out problem that pops up and staying motivated to such a high level that a premier contest like this demands.
Moderating will as normal but no more long hours in PM as you know too well can take hours and hours with some of the high level stuff yourself and myself deal with. This is so important to her that there is no way in the world i would let her down here... we have to make her dream into reality and a hot memory that will last forever.
Its her hard work and drive that has got her this far... invitations like this have to be earned they are not handed out to any tom, dick, or harry.. so we have to do nabba proud by inviting suze to be part of the british team by coming in the best she could ever be.
New diet is already sorted and six day training starts again from tomorrow.. i am still a little bit high its not sunk in yet lmao.... but stuff like this is why we do what we do..... you! know this too well lol
