Guys hip pathology, probably bursithis any tip?
ad
For two weeks ive been suffering from mild subluxation of right shoulder and right hip. And I find no explanation for that. Two days ago i started to feel mild pain in the right hip and couldnt walk properly at some momments. Pain goes away during workouts. Now i practice Crossfit, rock climbing and bodybuilding. Usually I practice crossfit twice a week, rock climbing twice a week and bodybuilding three times a week. I dont remember siffering any trauma in the hip any fall or anything. Seems to me it could be overtraining. Can you guys give me any tip on what to do how to proceed. Im currently not runing any gear and im taking antiinflaatories. Thanks in advance guys

No bone tissue damage says the Rx i got yday. Minor ligament injury says trauma. Good news
Have you been bitten by any spiders, or insects in the past 6 months? Have you had any other issues with other joints in your body? FR sent.
No to both questions. Physiotherapist says it seems like a ligament issue ill get an appointment for a traumatologist. Thx ill tell u what it is as soon as know
I eould like someone with hip bursitis to chim in and give me some advice and also tell me the recovery time taking into account that this is mild ( to be cobfirmed tomorrow )
Of course. Tomorrow ill go to a physiotherapist and ill also get an appointment from a traumatologist but from my experience with doctors they are too much pessimistic. I bet he will tell me to stop training and just take a 30 min walk everyday for the rest of my life. I just want him for a diagnosis.
Demand a diagnosis! Sometimes you gotta be pushy with the fuckers to get what you want.
One of the trainers in my gym was telling someone that he sees more people getting injured doing crossfit than anything else. Scrap that and do some real training with the iron.
Best to lay off training for a while and see if it heals up or it will likely get worse if you keep pushing it. If it doesn't get better after resting a bit, go see a doc.
I bet it's from the crossfit.
Seriously though. Go see a Dr.nobody can diagnose what is wrong without the proper steps.
