McDonalds diet

ad

This "article" has made me lough. I didnt know where to post it because it sounds like a joke to post it on the diet section. What says is just simply if you dont eat that much cals and you do a lil exercise then those calories can come from junk food. I dont know how people can do this "experiments". http://sploid.gizmodo.com/man-loses-37-pounds-by-eating-exclusively-at-m...

So don't blame McDonald's. Blame yourself if you gain weight. If you eat like a pig—like the Supersize Me guy—you will be fat like a pig no matter where you eat.

This.

I agree man but I am sure if this guy ate the same amount of cals but from a helthier source his cholesterol values would had been way better.

I remember the guy who did the mcdonalds diet for 30 days and his cholesterol doubled, he gained a load of fat and was fatigued all the time. Maybe this guy from this article was smoking crack with his diet too.Lol

super size me was different circumstances though...i think his was 90 days? and not only did he have to eat everything on the menu atleast once he also had to super size the meal anytime they asked.

Morgan Spurlock. The documentary was called "Super Size Me." His doctor freaked out when he saw his blood test after a month or so.

That's the one. Ya I call bullshit when I hear it.

That's what they want us to believe, I bet he is on their payroll. After all, look at all of the attention he is getting them, I want a Big Mac now! This seems to me as marketing at its best.

Free McDonalds food man. I imagine when he went to the restaurant and told them about his plan I would love to had seen the face of the McDonalds staff

You know as well as I do, that if we went into a McDonalds and said we were doing a study of the long term health issues of there food, when eating it every meal for 30 days, so can I have my food for free, They would look at you as if you were crazy and tell you no. I wonder how McDonalds authorized this even before he ate his first meal and would they have paid for his meals if the results were negative? Everything is pointing to them meeting up and discussing the whole thing before it started.

im so mad i wrote a long reply earlier and then had a problem with it not posting....so attempt 2...the thing that annoys me about this article is one he says he didnt keep tract of what his previous diet was which is like youre a sci teacher why would you not spend a month recording everything you ate...its the whole know where u came from to know where youre going thing...you usually get a body worth what you put in it...you can loose weight by eating nothing but chocolate...and maybe a multi v...but youll loose a lot of muscle mass and vital nutrients in the process...as far as the guys cholesterol being better thats awesome...but for all we know he ate 1lb of ice cream on a lb of cheap meatloaf with syrup and chocolate sauce everyday before he started...i know the article points out some of the problems with the logic...but without knowing his previous diet and with doing this for such a short time...im affraid people will get the wrong idea about the long term effects...plus the fact that mcd paid for the food makes me a little uneasy...
