Getting motivation on point
We all know how important diet and training are to achieving gains. But whether you're a bber, power lifter, strongman, gym rat, or just wanna look good naked (like me) you have to have the motivation to keep your diet and training on track. You must have realistic goals and the right frame of mind. I have plenty of reasons to do what I'm doing like overcoming medical issues, wanting to stay in healthy shape, and I'm recently divorced so I needed a distraction from that and I wanted to look good for the ladies while also rubbing my exes nose in how good I'm looking. Check out my self pics and you can see the progress I've been making for the EBC. The problem however is sometimes I still find myself lacking the drive some days. I get to thinking about life (especially money issues lol). Mostly I can push through it, especially with the reasons I have for doing this. My suggestions to all but especially newbs, is have your goals clear and know what motivates you most. Having a clear picture of why you want what you want. Also, while this thread is going maybe some vets could give up some general hints on how they get motivated and ready to throw some iron around.

AnonMusic.. The past.. The smile on my kids faces.. The looks i get from women.. Theres a whole lot of motivation in my life but its the DEmotivation that sometimes outweighs it all that i find hard to combat! Money issues like you said.. Arguing with the mrs and family.. Having to work all fukn night everynight! Fuuk theres so many things that bring me down! But a mans just gotta push through it! Set ur alarm for ur sessions and the moment it goes off youve got 20 mins to hit that gym bro!!!
If u find urself goin.. Nuuh self.. We'll just finish watchin this show or nuh self we'll do a big sesh tomorrow.. Then you need to grab ur self by the collar and SCREEEEAM THE FUCKING HOUSE DOWN!!
Seeelf!! This aint on BRAH! we all wanna reach our goals right.. We ALL want to take whats ours! So why are we letting this little cunt of a trolling voice in out head steer us from reaching our goals!? Because our little voice here is a result of who we are NOT who we want to be! We feel who we want to be by our dreams, our hearts, our deepest desires! If ur not passionate about your life your not going to better yourself! If your not committed you've already failed!!
Think of the little ppl in your life that rely on ppl like urself to feel safe, that look up to you for advice! Then think some more.. Think of all the failures you've caused! Think of your ex wife!! If that doesn't drive you NOTHING will!

AnonIts just how i feel sometimes man and at the end of the day its always that little voice in my head trying to slow me down or giving me that "wait til later" attitude.. Matter of fact its the only thing in my way!
