Pleas for help
ad
My life was recently rocked by suicide. A good friend of mine felt that it was the only way out. She wasn't on gear or anything just a regular friend. However, I've talked to enough brothers on here that have some issues, especially with the emotional roller coaster we go through with the powerful hormones we choose to use. This is especially prevalent during PCT. If anyone is having any issues there are tons of brothers here that are willing to talk to you. If you don't feel comfortable talking to the juice heads here, please find someone. Never choose the permanent solution for your temporary problems.

It's the hardest thing I've ever been through My mother took her own life 16 years ago no warning no pleas for help. I seen her the day before she was happy and smiling and the next morning at 5 am I get the call. I'll never get over it. I was angry at her at first because I thought she was selfish. But I didn't understand the pain she had been dealing with. Sorry for your loss man. Prayers to you and her family.
bigwillyWow dog, same here. My mom struggled with drugs an shit for many years, then to see me head down the same road I gess she just couldn't watch it all unfold. Tuff shit man !!
Damn bro my mom battled addiction also for most of her life. I've been at my wits end and thought about it myself. But then I think about how i felt when my mom did it. And id never put my kids through that agony. sorry to hear that
bigwillyThe women suffer far worse then we do on drugs bro. Typically we wind up in prison, they wind up on the streets doing god knows what with God knows who !! After what women go threw out there it's no wonder a lot of them can't live with them selves any longer. I pray one day this world will be with out herowin and cocain bro, it tearing our neighborhoods apart and taking lives by the millions.
I agree 100%
I've been feeling the same way, angry and like she was being selfish. But you're right, we can't even comprehend the depths of despair our loved ones going through. Thank you for your words.
I'm sorry for your loss. My brother took his life our senior year. No warning. One minute he was here, the next he was gone. I'm so sorry man.
It really makes you feel helpless. Thanks for chiming in bro.
I'm sorry for your loss my dude. This hits home. I lost my best friend who was like my brother to me 2 years ago and I'm on day 3 of pct...I have to remember I'm in pct mode and not get too emo. So far I feel like crap the first few hours of the day as I take my nolva/clomid at night before bed. Nice to know I have support here in case things get hairy. Just saying. Thanks for posting this.
Taking any aromasin during pct?
No, but I'm wondering if it would make a difference for my mood and speed up recovery.
Dug this up while researching during my pct. I wish I would've had aro on hand. I only had adex.

You even posted in it two years ago
Right. I remember coming across this post. I'll take 6.25 eod throughout starting today. I think that should be enough for me.
Yeah brother, it's a real punch in the gut to lose someone like that. This community is amazing and we are definitely here for each other. Keep your head and like you said just remember its pct mode so things will be a little rough.
bigwillybrother, this is closer to me then I could ever make you understand. iv delt with this at least a dozen times, what iv come to learn is when some one is really ready to do this and fed up with the struggle ya wont be able to make sence to em. its much like telling some one to just not be depressed or just telling a way over weight person to simply stop eating as much, that just don't work and they don't see any sence in what your saying. very seldom do the people that do this give you real good warning, some do but some keep the struggle so hidden ya don't know anything is wrong until there gone. im sorry to hear this man and again I wouldn't have chimed in if this didn't touch my heart.
This the first time I've experienced a loss like this, I can't imagine the pain you've felt seeing this so much. My friend hid it very well, and like you said now she's just gone. Thanks for your perspective.
Good post brother and my condolences. It is tragic that she couldn't see a way out short of death. You are also right that PCT probably does effect fella's here in serious ways sometimes. It is truly a roller coaster with one hell of a drop.
Thanks brother. If any bros already have some problems, pct will definitely magnify them. Not that I believe juicers are more prone to suicide, I just think some less experienced guys might not expect what comes along with supplementing with hormones.
First, sorry for your loss. It's always sad when someone feels this is the only way out. I wish I could talk to them and show them a different perspective. Like "look you have nothing to lose now. You're at your wits end already. Go balls to the wall one last time and try a different approach. With no fear and no hesitation."
Trying not to be insensitive here. You called her a "regular friend ,not on gear or anything". But why does that even matter in this case bro? Someone lost their life. It sound like you're saying ppl on gear have a tendency to blow their lid and commit suicide more often than "regular" ppl. Not trying to pick at you bro. Just want to understand your thinking here.
I just didn't want anyone to think we lost a member of our community. Probably could have chosen my words better.
Shitty
Extremely. We have a lot of stubborn bros here. A lot of us think we can do it on our own. Maybe if I can get some bros to realize it's okay to use a spotter outside the gym, we won't have a tragedy like this around here. Like I said, I've talked to some bros that were at some very low points.
