Damn, bro sorry to hear about your current situation. That is a great way to look at it and stay positive for when that time comes. Change up your lifestyle for the better and know that things do happen for a reason. Maybe it was to wake you up before something worse could have happened. See about working out while you are there, get a ahead of the game and continue it when you get out. read, research, and study about what you love and what you want to do after ... it will keep you motivated. good luck to you.

There's a lot of routines you can do while in jail, been there bro. Done about a year in the hoosegow myself. There's a lot you can do.

hopefully you are not in there too long and can come out with a new outlook. weightlifting is a great outlet for getting rid of bad habits and just allowing yourself to change your lifestyle. from eating, training, etc. improve the quality of your life.

I know you dont want to hear this but as a former multiple DUIer you need to take a fuckin message from this, eat your shit sandwich, and change. Point blank. I dont know you but i care about you and im just telling you what youre doing aint workin brother. You have to find something that works for you to focus on instead of drinking. I was the same way. You have to POUR yourself into something else, like weights. Make the change and make it stick bro. Its your only chance. Good luck.
