+ 12 Don't order gear and then ask how to use it in a cycle

Unfortunately, I am seeing this happen on a much more frequent basis. “ I just bought 4 bottles of this, 3 bottles that, 2 bottles of this and 100 tabs of that. I need some help in setting up a cycle now to use all of this.” That is not how things are supposed to be done.

To all of you new guys out there looking to do your first cycle or two, do not order a bunch of random gear and then come to ask how to best use it in a cycle. You are going about it assbackwards. Research here first and then design a cycle that you think will fit your intended goal. It is pointless to order a ton of different compounds thinking that you are going to be able to use them all in your next cycle and become the next best thing in bodybuilding. The only compound out of all that gear you just ordered that you will likely be able to use for your first couple of cycles would test e or test c.

So instead of going about doing your first cycle assbackwards, do it logically. Here is a better way to do it:

  1. First and foremost, FILL OUT YOUR STATS. No stats, no service, end of story.
    Yes we absolutely need to know your age, height, weight and BF%. If you don’t know your BF%, give your best estimate, or better yet, post up a recent pic and we can guestimate it for you. We also need to know your previous cycle history, if any. If this is your first cycle then don’t be afraid to say so. That is why you are here, to do it right and safely. If you have cycled before, list those cycles out (compounds, amounts, duration) and how long ago they were. Even if those cycles were epic fails, we still need to know.

  2. Research diet and nutrition and make darn sure you have that mastered before you even think about touching let alone buying steroids. Food is one of the most anabolic substances there is so you better learn how use that anabolic substance first. Using AAS with a shitty diet is pointless. Your cycle WILL fail if you do not have the mechanics of diet mastered.

  3. Research PCT. What is the point of using AAS if you are not able to keep your gains and recover your HPTA after you cycle. If you don’t know what HPTA is, research it.

  4. What is the goal of your cycle going to be? Bulk, cut , recomp, contest prep, lose 10 lbs, gain 10lbs. Be specific and realistic. This helps us to determine if your proposed cycle and diet are going to be realistic for your goal and will allow us to give you suggestions on how to revise things if need be to better reach your goal.

  5. Post a realistic cycle, including PCT, based upon your goals and cycle experience for the community here to look and tweak for you. HINT: If this is your first cycle or it has been a long time since you did a cycle, research here about a beginner’s cycle (use the blue magnifying glass at the top of the page). If you are new to cycling, let me warn you ahead of time that anything including tren it is not going to fly around here and expect everyone to tear you a new ahole if you do. Even worse, most people may completely ignore your cycle post since it clearly shows you have not put any research into your cycle and they are not going to waste their time spoon feeding you.

  6. NOW you are ready to purchase your gear. You have a well-planned cycle laid out telling you exactly what you need. So that is all you need to buy. Think of all the money you have just saved now that can be spent on food instead.

You need to go to the hospital immediately for fluids and parenteral nutrition. After a few weeks in the ICU I bet you would have put on 20 lbs!

Seriously, if you don't understand the compounds, know how they react together, and what is appropriate for your level of experience, you have no business touching them. With all the information out here today, there aren't any excuses.
