Hello Again

ad

I have been away from eroids for the last couple of months and finally getting back into the swing of things. Long story short is that I had to have some surgery done and some complications arose. I was bed ridden for a month and on morphine, This kept me out of the weight room and I went into a depression since I wasn't able to participate in my favorite activity and it dashed my hopes for competing in my first NPC bodybuilding competition which I had been preparing so hard for. The doctors were restricting me to a maximum weight of 10lbs that I could lift. I didn't want to have anything to do with lifting weights or be around anything that reminded of that lifestyle, which unfortunately included Eroids.

I am now 17 lbs lighter since all this happened and have a long way to go to get back to my former self, but I will get there. My total testosterone level was also at 58 ng/dl with a free test of 2.3 ng/dl so I am sure that was contributing to my depression. My urologist has put me on TRT now so that should help out alot also.

The doctors now said I can resume normal activities and that finally gave me the glimmer of hope I needed to get my ass in gear and get back into the gym and alas bring me back to participating in and learning from the eroids community. So here I am once again. I am sure you probably didn't even know I was gone but I sure did miss everyone else on here.

I'm really sorry you had to go through all that. I had an accident and major surgery a couple of years ago and it took a long time to get back, so I can empathize with you. Lifting and exercise definitely brought me back, so you're on the right path to recovery.
Welcome back and best of luck!
