+ 7 Do your diet research?

Alrite now...some folks aren't going to like what I am about to say here. And the majority of those folks are the NEW-birds out there looking to take the plunge into the world of AAS...and I am not trying to alienate any New-jacks from the site, thus thwarting them from a grand learning opportunity we value here on Eroids.

I just really can NOT grasp an understanding at times of how and why someone can post some cycle idea first and THEN ask about what a good diet should be?!?! Sometimes it's a well-enough thought out cycle, but still the kicker remains...as the diet question is still lurking? I'm not talking about "here is my diet too and what do you guys think?" kind of guy...but more like "here's my cycle and how do I eat too??" Well sir...if you had ANY sense about ya, maybe you should try and figure out HOW to eat first and WHAT to eat first before sticking copius amounts of exogenous hormones into your system?!?!?! I guess it's possible to make HUGE gains and also resemble IFBB pros, Cross-fitters, or World's Strongest by smashing pizza and cool-ranch Doritos with a washdown of Ben&Jerry's on the regular night session??
Well, if that was the case, then we would all be doing it that way...true story. I sure like pizza and B&J's too, but I know it just isn't downright healthy to eat like that everyday...and especially when slamming hormones into the body as we all should know the purported side-effects of what an unhealthy diet full of bad fats and EXCESS sodium can have on our BP and cholesterol. Elevated BP and cholesterol... things you do NOT want to have jacked levels of when running a cycle..as steroids can and will elevate these variables ALONE, and what will happen when your diet increases these variables too? Obviously there will be COMPOUNDED effects combining the two with some very possible and seriously life-altering or ENDING complications. Ever think you might have a heart attack or stroke when on gear?...IDK about you guys, but I was there before and it was a LOW dose of Dbol that had my heart rate at 156 BPM warming-up for my ACTUAL workout!!! That was scary...and I must say that I would NOT like to repeat that ever again. BTW...my diet was on point at this time too, the Dbol alone had my BP skyrocketing!

Okay...I know this has all been said before and will probably be needed to be said again...and then, AGAIN!! But I just knew from the very beginning that structuring and categorizing my diet based on my goals/objectives was the keystone to my fitness levels. There's thousands of books, articles, magazines and studies out there that do confirm this...do some more research if you haven't already. It's really not that hard at all to find out the best food to eat based on desired athletic achievements/goals/performance, etc. It can be as simple as breezing thru some Muscle and Fitness or Men's Fitness mags. For whatever reason, I feel as though I don't need to mention much for women here...because it seems (to me, IMHO) that most of the ladies here on this site already have a good handle on diet. We all probably started out natty at some point on our road to AAS usage..and how did we make gains and changes then??? By altering our diets, right? I know I did. Thank U.

Ppl don't know what they don't know bro... The majority here have no idea what they're doing compound, diet or training wise. The overall general belief is that AAS is magic. Most of these guys haven't even reached their genetic potential before turning to AAS. Now I'm not a BB by any stretch and I'm not saying that I haven't been guilty of the dirty bulk because I have but this past year I have been transforming myself through diet both OFF and ON. I've been dropping the dirty weight and upping the quality, in essence working very hard to become "smaller". I feel my goals have exceeded my expectations and will start dieting "up" this upcoming winter cycle once again proving(to myself) that the turtle wins THIS race!

I would also like to say that any member that truly becomes part of this community (and is not here for the sole purpose of scoring cheap Roids) will have no choice but to raise the bar for themselves

Shit guys...lots of good comments below here, I wanna respond to a couple and hand out some points...but I am on my phone most of the day and trying to give someone a point can be a real pain in the ass. It will have to wait until later tonight, lol...patience for points!!! LMAO!!

So you're telling me even with the gear my VIP card at dominoes pizza just isn't helping me?

I guess reality is that people have a "want it all and now" mentality, and it's a common misconception that steroids will do just that. Unfortnately as we all know, it's a small icing on the cake effect, if the diet is wrong, you'll fail, steroids or no steroids.

Diet should be a main priority, you're right...like you said it's just a piece of the pie with everything else. It all can be divided up however you like, your preference(s), but the four main priorities in a successful regimen IMO are(and not in order):

Training, Recovery, Diet and Compounds. If I really had to out them into percentages of importance out of 100%...I would say:

Diet 75%
Recovery/Rest 10%
Training 10%
Compounds 5%

Or something close to that, but you can get the idea. Diet is wrong, fall flat on your face; Not enough rest, fall flat; Overtraining/Undertraining, fall flat; Incorrect or Poorly planned compounds, fall flat...although things happen in life that we can not control, and occasionally something may take a bite out of a successful cycle...just gotta dust yourself off and try again!

Well a lot of new people that have no prior knowledge, are comming on the site/internet with mass media as there base thought foundation. There principles are based on AAS being demonized, making them seen more dangerous and exotic. With that thinking process and putting these drugs on a platter gives common people the idea of there magic. Magazine covers of guys and girls that most of us would laugh at are a problem also. Cause those very people on "healthy" lifestyle magazines use also. Mainstream people don't realize how many people use....models,actors,Dr,swimmer,runner,your neighbors.
It's not magic , if anything its a curse. It should make you eat cleaner,sleep more, f*ck off less,work twice as hard in the gym.
So its quite the opposite.

I hear ya! Try daily to poke food first into the cycle logs. Every day get called every dirty word for it too. "i just want a fkn cutter cycle!" Buddy....then you gotta eat...to be a cutter cycle. Lol! Keep posting good food advice big bro. The winners are watching closely

I'm like eat right, train hard then when ur at your genetic limit then ill sell you the sauce. They get pissed and go spend up to 200$ for a vial, and still don't get shit then come back to me, I'll laugh then give them a 20 min run down how to eat then ill say them more pain and cut them a deal on good aas

My favorite ones are the ones who run a 5 weeks cycle on a long-estered compound. Or the ones that "take a break" during the cycle for whatever reason but dont bother doing pct. oh wait, the ones who use clen as pct lmfaooo
