Do girls prefer abs or flat stomach?

Hi all, my weight loss is going good. I’ve lost 35 lbs this year and have another 40 lbs to get to 15% body fat. I was wondering do girls prefer like 7-10% body fat with abs showing or just a flat stomach? Any feedback is welcome. I can’t decide which I wanna do lol Thanks in advance!

I’ve pulled them with every type of stomach man. Usually as long as you’re semi in shape, that’s the best option. So many other factors are more important.

One day a woman will want a guy that has abs and muscle, the next day the same woman will want the guy who stays home with them that isn't spending his spare time in the gym every evening. The next day she will want the funny man who makes her laugh, the day after she will want the wealthy man who has the Ferrari and the million dollar house. The next she will want the guy who can fuck her hard in bed for hours and the next it will be the friend who will listen to all of her problems. Ohhhh how I am being so cynical in my old age .......
But yes, at the end of the day you have to still view things like we do - Which girl are going to find the most attractive to look at initially, the in shape gym girl or the at home slob who dresses in boring clothes?

They don’t give a shit not to sound corny. My exes never gave a fuck if I was peak cut or fat and powerlifting. As long as you take care of yourself. Look how you want to, if abs will give you more confidence go for it, if not they don’t care. This shit really is just personal for you vs you at the end of the day. Indirectly though, confidence is important so again if you look closer to how you want, that may really work in your favor. Also don’t listen to everyone saying money, yes everyone wants financial stability, but shallow girls that like you just for that will leave you for someone with more. Nothing is genuine about those hoes and it’s not who you would want long term anyway

I know more guys without abs that get laid than i know with abs that get laid. It is not going to make a difference unless you are on a dating show competing against someone else. On your own in a club or bar or even at an event or on the street, it dont matter.

Well from my observations the things that help with ladies more then abs or money are 1. Learning to cook 2. Cleaning and maintaining a clean living space especially the bathroom 3. Learn some jokes 4. Being good enough to have true confidence at something basically anything. If nothing listed works get job checking IDs running the metal detector or doing head count at a night club if you don't get any offers doing any of that you probably have something going on that can only be overcome by getting filthy rich and some rich dudes pay every time.

I guarantee you if you stood two dudes side by side one with a flat stomach and one with abs, the rest of the body hidden, the girls would chose the abs. It's a given everyone likes muscle and definition including other guys.

From personal experience I can tell you that once you start showing muscle definition, you will be treated differently. People are nicer and more flirty and it's so much easier to get laid.

Depends on how tall you are! I feel like the shorter, you are best being ripped or more defined . The taller you are, the flat stomach is fine.
