Hi all, my weight loss is going good. I’ve lost 35 lbs this year and have another 40 lbs to get to 15% body fat. I was wondering do girls prefer like 7-10% body fat with abs showing or just a flat stomach? Any feedback is welcome. I can’t decide which I wanna do lol Thanks in advance!
