Cycling and school

ad

So in the last month and a half a lot of changes have been happening in my life. I have finally gotten to where I take school seriously and bust my ass studying, and even want to dig my self out of this hole and get a masters. I feel like I have lost my drive in the gym. I never thought I could loose a drive that I have been so passionate about for so many years. I should be starting a cycle right now but I'm trying to decide if I want to or not. In the past I almost feel like the constant eating has made me lethargic and worn me out to where I do not feel like hitting the books, but, I also did not care much about studying then. Also another thing I think about now is the random days of feeling tired or depressed when I do not have my estrogen right. Now I also worry about feeling like damn it on pct. Because of everything that has happened I've lost a lot of my gains from last cycle because I can barley stomach food. It sucks because I was so close to my goal and now I have fallen apart. What are your all's thoughts and opinions? I don't want this to interfere with school now. How have those of you handled school and cycling?

Pick a weak body part or two, and just focus on those for now. I spent the last year and half of college focusing on calves, and just doing maintenance on the rest of my body.

I'm right there with you man I know exactly what you mean. It's looking like my last cycle gains are nearly all vanished do to a heavy semester of studying, and illness. I've realized I can't diet as stringently when I have a big work load. It's just not practical for me to devote that much time to it. So my goals have had to change, and I've had to increase my number of heavy days to decrease my requirement for needing to hit the gym everyday when time gets tight.

As for PCT I usually wait to start my cycles mid way through the semester so my PCT starts when I am on vacation from college.

A good advice is prepare your meals a day or two earlier its so much less stressful.

You've got plenty of time for the gym, school is more important. You're a young guy with plenty of time ahead for cycles etc.

I found it hard to cycle and eat properly when I took more than 14 hrs a semester. That was my limit. I would wait till the load was lighter if I were you and or change your work out regiment to a three day routine with different expectations.

Thats what I did. I'm doing a three day split.

Im only 22 ,but have already finished what I need in school im not huge ,but im in decent shape and when it came down to not working out and doing homework papers and taking exams brother the simple way to do it is if your staying on campus have a few dumbells in your room and just do simple ,but good exercises that will hit all the target spots to keep you tone and lean. If that's not the case and your going from homw to school daily I mean a good workout can be done in 20-30 min's. I would always do my school work first then take my supp to make sure I was wide awake and kill thw work out. Then you could always do the workout in the more before school so then you feel great like you already did what you need to do walk in class feeling like a king and in the long run the morn workout motivates ppl more I think to work harder through the day. So it's all about balance with school and working out as more towards school ,but still keep working out in there. So i'd say wake up 45 min's earlier than usual and drink that protein shake hit a good all aroudn work out abs bi's chest and tri's and legs all in one nothing to heavy though just enough to feel alittle burn and not make you sore for the day. This type of workout to me is just to stay lean and tone ,but still fit so ppl will still look at you like man he looks good, but he's not to big ,but not small either. Then you feel good the rest of the day after this my energy is up there and im ready to go.
