Just wondering
I'm pretty sure it's a no no to use nolvadex with deca
AnonConfirming your real and here to participate and learn goes a long way. I'm still trying to figure out what the best angle to post a full body pic because of too many identifiable tattoos.
Check backonroids forums for thr answrr to this

;-)
BOOM!
backonroidsHe uploaded a self picture with his name mate .
Funandgainz, I like the handle man, let's see if we can make it a reality.
You're 6'2" start eating like it. I've taken your meal plan that you posted below and I'm modifying it.
6am 1 cup Greek yogurt mixed fresh berries and one whey shake (or 2 cups yogurt)
8am x2 boiled egg, 4 boiled egg whites, 2 pieces whole grain toast
10am 8 oz chicken, avocado, tomato, broccoli, 1/2-1 cup white rice
1pm mince meat, avocado, asparagus, 1 cup white rice
2.30pm hand full of almonds, whey shake, 4-5 rice cakes
4pm post gym whey shake banana
5pm post gym 1 cup oats peanut butter
7pm last meal 8 oz meat or chicken and lentil pasta
It's not a bad plan, it was just low in protein and carbs, let me know if you think the changes are doable, or if we need to come at it from a different angle. Get that diet locked in and you'll start growing like a weed bro, no need for cycling yet.
You think its a good ides for this chap to eat pasta that late?
You think its s good idea to mix fats and csrbs that way when carrying body fat instead of timing them better (similar q to the timing of the carbs)
You need to rethink that diet advice dude. His eating habits or metabolism early dont support that type of eating, per his pic
Eating pasta that late? Yeah I think that's ok. There's an argument to be made for cutting carbs late in the day, I see the little love handles you're referring to, but with a frame his size there is so much room for growth. Once he starts packing on some muscle I'm betting the metabolic demand from those cells will help him drop some fat as well.
A simple version would be to eat everything in sight like mentioned below. This guy needs to put on weight. Once that base is established and he's up around 220-230 (which for that height isn't even that huge) then I would start to worry about nutrient timing, and dialing things in more. What do you think?
Two different schools of thought i reckon! Both have merit, of course. My main concern is that if he has a bit of pudding right now it means his body is storing fat. Once you start bulking its a simple matter of time before insulin sensitivity is shot and everything goes towards fat stores.... unless you reset. There is definitely a middle ground to be had but the more fat he accumulatesbthe more issues he will have with metabolism aromatase insulin water ret/ bp versus extra compounds etc etc
If he were to do a reset first... thrn go heavy bulk until the fat builds and then resets everything, he could do well.
But... and back to nutrient timing etc.... if you want to do it optimally, do it right.
Perma bulk just doesnt work unless youre using other thing like gh or taboo fat burners etc. Either insulin insensitivity or myostatin will get him at 8 weeks in and then through pct his body wont be doing the right things at a time it most needs to.
We see it every day... a 188lbs fella, 4th cycle bulk... 5-10 years experience.... with tales of yoyo'ing and other woes!!!
I dunno... its a grey world so middle ground i guess!!!
Maybe im overcomplicating it all
Yeah I think you are.
Haha but I appreciate it. Differing opinions help us learn and grow. I think he now has two good options to choose from. I set it up like that because it very closely mimics what he was already doing, so it's a more attainable diet. But you're suggesting a more thoughtful and calculated approach.
Frankly I permabulked for about 9 years before hopping on gear and I'm happy with where I'm at. Gotta find what works.
You must be a metabolic god then lol im jealous ;-) heh heh
Yep very true, we are all unique!!!
What's wrong with eating pasta late you monster!,
He didn't mean it my precious, he didn't mean it. I'm of two thoughts on this...
Yes the timing may be off so he could adjust timing properly.
However, the other part of me thinks he'd be better served just cramming food down no matter what with his current stats. Learning to eat the right amounts and the right types comes first, IMO. Then learning to time it right comes after.
My preciousssss lol
Yeah I hear ya.
Id reckin the bit of pudding around the belly implies a slower metabolism, impaired insulin sensitivity or poor food choices
If either three are true he needs to fuel his metabolism accordingly (program body to use fat first in am while in mild ketosis), limit the carbs or else seperate carbs and fats to avoid creating the perfect hormonal environment for fat storage, or learn how to feed the body only what it needs when it needs it.... respectively.
If eithet of those 3 are true and the oic implies at least 1 is... then cramming will do no long term good
Now that said there is a middle ground in the cyclical bulking approach. Its intelligent and it allows to pretty mucb always stay at or above maintenance when rssetti g or bulking respectively. Cyclical bulking is the mack imo!
Well said. Cyclical bulking would do him wonders.
I suppose I was trying to prevent him from being intimidated and trying to learn everything all at once.
I hear that and youre right it is/would be info overload
I'm just whinging because I did it the wrong way for so long myself!!!
It's not whining brother, you're looking out for the man. Threads like these help show how great eroids can be.
As an aside I read through your posts on the TRT thread. I must say, you're a fucking savage Lmao.
No homo.
X2
Needs his base first
When you clearly do not now how to eat the bae cannot be poorly timed foods and as much as possible
It will result only in failure. The pic says it all. Cramming foods in aint learning to eat!
An intelligent bulk will start off at +500 leaving room to expand (no pun intended!)
RustyhookerBoom
My bro... I wish I could fav comments. I'm also a bearded man myself and a good one at that not one of those thin beards had mine since 16 +1 on your post
Appreciate the love my brother! Keep it growin
And forgot I have a bcaa and multidexrin that I make for intra workout should I drop this out?
I'd be willing to bet you won't need it if you're following this plan. The bcaas are to get aminos in your blood which should already be there if you've been consistently consuming protein, and the maltodextrin is just quick carbs, getting in 4-5 servings of carbs pre workout will be plenty, you'll be carbed up already. I think those drinks can be handy as the workout intensity increases like if you're repping 500 lb deadlifts, during a cut if you haven't eaten enough, or if you're blasting anabolics and certain drugs but those kinds of protocols are a long ways out for you. Save your cash.
Mate do I take into account that my job is now mainly office based so my activity levels is low to medium as I do travel around the city some days?
That's a good question. If you're training hard enough then it shouldn't matter. I train 5 days a week very intense for 60-90 minutes a day. Most of my body is sore for most of the week, you can feel if you broke the muscle down right. Now if your whole body is consistently being torn up like that you don't need to worry about activity level/metabolism/fat accumulation. You'll be putting those calories to work. But you've gotta train like you mean it.
A nice natty split that worked for me was heavy push/pull Monday, heavy legs Tuesday, high rep push/triceps wed, high rep legs Thursday, and high rep pull/biceps Friday. Sat/sun off. That was after already setting up a good base when I was younger with heavy powerlifting movements. If you think you really need to build up strength first I'd do some more basic powerlifting work, if you think your base is big enough go with more of a bodybuilding split. Adherence is the most important factor so just do what you can.
Cheer appreciate the advice.
Yeah it's doable I have plenty of time to meal prep most nights I buy my meat in bulk so have plenty of it.
I will let have to get used to consuming that amount of food,
This will help me get the basis for my meals plan
Still no stats?
6'2" 87kg, it's in the op
Overlooked that somehow.... I’m in full blown idiot mode today:-)
AnonYou know us Marines arnt known for our intellectual abilities.
Bahahahaha You got that right devil dog!!
Stats??
RustyhookerDont cycle bro. Fix your gym and foods.
Good god.
Respectfully.... I do not see any evidence whatsoever of your past lifting in your pic. I see evidence of fat storage and possibly a lack of symmetry (maybe just pic angle?? I dunno)
Fella, you're more or less doing this backwards: planning chems. planning diet, planning training.
Please stop.
Fix the diet, learn the basics on cut, bulk and cyclical bulking. You need to give attention to your general approach to food timing. Whilst your menu is delish and healthy, the nutrient timing is atrocious, regardless of when you train. It is absolutely thoughtless in that regard, no doubt through lack of knowledge.
Regarding your training. You've listed a beginner approach, no mention of periodisation or progression, or any planning at all. Again this will be down to lack of knowledge/experience.
Drugs... again respectfully, you have no reason at the moment to run them, but even if you did, you display absolutely no evidence of real research. If you're going to blindly trust randomers on the internet with your health (with your life if you want to be alarmist about the hepatoxic compounds your planning to run), well.... the guaranteed outcome will be damage.
I'm not messing with you and I am not being OTT... you're currently very, very well set up for failure. How you proceed is up to you.
Cheers guys thanks for the advice
Hey brother, I say you focus on your training program and diet for a while longer before jumping back on a cycle. I think you could get some great results training naturally for a while longer. + for uploading a picture!
What is this complicated shit, just get some long estered test and maybe some dbol for a kicker and run it. 500mgs test for 10-12 weeks and 30mgs dbol for the first 5. You will add just as much size with that cycle as you would with whatever you posted.
Cheers mate
Is Dbol better take split over the day or 30mgs an hour before workout?
PCT wise what would you do
Would I need proviron, Clomid and nolvadex?
AnonDon't take offense to this but, what's your lifting routine and for how long? What's your diet? To get the most out of your cycles you need to get a good base and exhaust your natural options. Get a good diet plan, workout routine and stay focused and motivated for 6 months then reevaluate AAS, there is no magic in those vials and if your natural progression is lacking so will your enhance progression.
Past routines have been push pull legs splits and the typical chest day, arm day and so on
90% free weights some cables no cardio
AnonLike mentioned many times, good on you for posting a pick and it's nice to see another serious individual with goals and motivation. As mentioned by a few people, train in beast mode naturally with a good diet for a few months and build a good bulking foundation, if you need to, buy your cycle and stare at it every morning for motivation. Also once you get a great base to build off of, you won't need all that crap to pump into your body, a long ester on a 10 week cycle while eating everything not bolted down and lifting houses off their foundations will turn you into a monster. Never forget the foundation though, you wouldn't build a brick house on a sand foundation. +1 coming at you.
backonroidsFirstly +2 for the upload mate ! It's good to see !
I would focus on diet and nutrition for the time been really get it nailed , come back in 4 months say with a update picture . You have a good base to build on maximise it first ! And please don't take that as a negative ! You have real potential and I can see your serious as you uploaded the photo as asked for advice !
https://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet
But please stick around keep researching and asking questions and stay active in the community
backonroidsProviron is not PCT ... dbol is better split due to the half life but a lot of people like it Pre work out ..
I'm not advising anything solid until there's a picture up .. you mite not even need dbol ..
I'll be home in an hour or so how would I attach a pic or upload to profile?
backonroidsGo to - Submit photo , self pic , add the pic and in the tag part its eroids.com
In the description I would copy and paste the link to this post or something .
Don't forget the piece of paper with your eroids name on it - and no face mate
Good man! It's good to see some real people !
Managed to slip off early and have uploaded
Layout your diet and training regimen for us Bubba. Good on you for uploading the pic. Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't feel as if you're ready for another cycle. I think 3-4 months of proper nutrition and training will get you there, and we can help you with that.
My typical day would be (I don't macro count)
6am Greek yogurt mixed fresh berries
8am x2 boiled egg
10am chicken, avocado, tomato and broccoli
1pm mince meat, avocado asparagus
2.30pm hand full of almonds
4pm post gym oats peanut butter
5pm post gym whey shake banana
7pm last meal meat or chicken and lentil pasta
My protine changes day to day so I'd have fish instead of the chicken
If you want to bulk, you need carbs. No way around it, and your current set up is very low on them.
I'd start off with eating a bigger, more wholesome breakfast, and include some good carbs via either a baked hash, oats, etc. This will resupply your body after its been in a fasted state overnight.
Another issue is assuming you're out of the gym at 4, you're splitting your nutrients over the next 3 hours or so. When you leave the gym, combine your two current PWO meals immediately after, and then an hour later have another full meal, and another one before you call it a day.
It seems to be the general issue here, you're eating several times a day but it's not substantial enough to grow. You really only have 1 or 2 meals with carbs, and the timing is off. Eat the same amount of times per day, but eat a solid meal each time instead of a handful of almonds. A handful of almonds is not a meal.
You also need to start macro counting. You don't know how much you're actually consuming if you don't, so while you say you eat X amount of calories I'd bet my left nipple you actually do not.
