+ 1 cortisal and AAS..

ad

I know thier are alot of members out thier who deal with tons of stress in our daily lives..The stress may come from our economy, or from our children or relationships..Whatever, it is that is keeping you up all night or is making you skip a meal ect ect ect. We all deal with stress and some people's ability to manage stress varies..What happens when we are overwheled with this demon called stress and it becomes a major part of our lives? Well thats where the word CORTISOL, takes effect..

I didnt post this thread to go into detail about cortisal..I just wanted to read some comments aimed towards my question.

Do you think that AAS..can overcome the muscle wasting abilities of cortisol.

Deca lowers Cortisol. If you're stressing....less caffeine or fat burners. Eliminate substances that raise adrenaline. Try and use gym and quiet time to lower stress. Breathing techniques etc. Theres natural herbs at store that act as natural Prozac. Cortisol build up fat and eats muscles. Try n find happy spit menrally every time ya can. Its our worst enemy

Used to brew bier....all German recipes. Til i get new kitchen set up its PBR and Red Stripe. Lol

DBG's picture

Right there with ya...I used to brew some suds up myself several years ago. Great hobby to get into, the positive is it's not like you can drink a shitton of homebrew...so it's relatively healthy Blum 3

Real beers are so filling. So id make like a Belgian strong ale or Bock. One and done! Lol! This winter i should do it again. Kitchen will be completed and outdoirs will be cooler. I gave away most of it to friends. Five gallons only costs $10. Easy fun!

I think that's one of the whole perks of running gear...as far as I understand it, when your test levels are so high, you stay in an anabolic state much more easier than when NOT on a cycle, making cortisol less detrimental to your body.
I think the NatGeo Science of Steroids touched on this topic briefly...talking about how steroids work when elevating your good hormones and subsequently decreasing the wasting effects of the gluco-corticoids, which I believe is cortisol?

subs33's picture

Yes, every time i think about that nat geo science of steroids, i think about IRISH's comment about receptor poppin and clickin..go eat a cheeseburger..lol Talkin about that powerlifter dude..haha
