+ 1 Books on Basics

The magnifying glass up top and a few hours reading will tell anyone from newb to advanced what they need to know.
But some folks like to read a straightforward, in their hands informational guide. IMO physical enhancement with an edge was my favorite back when it was written. Basic and to the point with just enough chemistry that regular folks dont get bored.

Diet is important, but anyone who says the drugs don't play a role is simply uneducated. Look at this study, there's many more I could reference, but let's start here. Testosterone works, period. There is absolutely no reason while running certain compounds results won't happen. With some of these clinical studies, done by physicians, if you're using these compounds and still fat, the individual is doing something wrong. Diet, exercise, 100%, but the drugs work, they exist and are prescribed for a reason. Best wishes to all.
No doubt they work but tbh they work better once you’ve reached your natural potential.
Most guys I’ve known that built there whole physique on drugs never maintain it.
Based off this fact I think diet and lifting are more important..
It’s not how you look on cycle it’s how you look off imo.
That’s the danger. I’ve got a lot of friends that don’t cycle. Hell there’s dudes on here that cruise on 400 or 500 mgs year round.
Molinin302Crazy isn't it? That's a lot of drugs buddy. Long term side effects
This should be in everyone's library. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do here.
