So I wanted to increase my 200mg test to 300mg. I got a bloodwork to see where I am at.
Rbc 5.61
Hgb 16.5
HCT is 50.9
So with the range a bit high. Can I still or what can I do to lower the blood

You never told us your test, free test, e2, shbg. Post a picture of this blood work you have bro.
Test and e2 I haven’t gotten an updated one. Was just doing check in because before it was a bit high.
