Nothing scary here I think

I want to do my 4th cycle and possibly cruise into TRT, but with these bloods it's maybe a bad move
There is a twist though which I will come to later

Over the last 4 years I have done a straight test, a drol/test and a dbol/test cycle
all standard protocol with PCT
The first wasn't brilliant as always with these things, but my second went well after a diet rework and the third was bang on point. went really well. that was over a year ago

Now I want to run a dbol deca test
laid out like this

Week Test E Deca Dbol Arimidex Cabergoline Clomid/Nolva/Aromasin HCG
1 600mg 400mg 30-40mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
2 600mg 400mg 30-40mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
3 600mg 400mg 30-40mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
4 600mg 400mg 30-40mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
5 600mg 400mg 30-40mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
6 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
7 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d
8 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
9 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
10 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
11 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
12 600mg 400mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
13 600mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
14 600mg 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
15 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
16 0.5mg e3d 0.5mg e3d 250 IU e3d
17 PCT 100/20/6.25 ed
18 PCT 100/20/6.25 ed
19 PCT 50/10/6.25 ed
20 PCT 50/10 ed 6.25 eod

Or dump the pct and cruise into test e 125 split into two doses a week

Why am I considering TRT?
Because I'm dying on my feet here and I don't know what's wrong
I have lost my mojo, I'm gaining belly fat, tired, cranky loosing the will to train shit man it sucks
My diet is good, balanced, healthy, varied. low on bad fats and sugars. I don't drink or smoke
Still train regular but it's twice as much effort to get half as much result as I used to

Is this just me getting old or what. Is it just finally time to take the TRT dive, I know its for life...

I got diagnosed with pre diabetes and metformin didn't work so I'm on 0.6 Victoza
been on it for a while now and feel much better than I did 6 months ago but still not in the league I was a couple of years ago

It's a dilemma, my bloods seem to say its all good in the hood but my body is telling me otherwise

Any constructive thoughts or advice is welcomed

Thanks

TW

Anything in your life stressful or getting you down mate? Job, relationships, etc?

thewire's picture

Well yeah, work is hard and stressful, my relationship is less than perfect and my kids are becoming teenagers. But isn't that pretty much the same for everyone who is 40+ married with kids trying to keep everyone in a lifestyle they are accustomed to!
Normal life as such.
The only things that separate us are those that give up on our bodies and let it all slide and become an overweight unhealthy middle-aged couch spud, and those who don't......

My apologies,
My main page is out of date and my height is incorrect. I will up date it

I posted yesterday accidentally. I just posted the blood results and nothing more. I thought I deleted it straight away but it stuck for some reason and I didn't realize till later so I deleted it then.

Yes I am banging on about TRT. In recent years I have been struggling.
I want to train, I go to the gym, I push as hard as I can but I'm so damn tired all the time. When I do train the results are not what they used to be.
I have been to my doctor, they tell me I'm getting old, my physiotherapist and dietist said the same.
I did not accept that and 4 years ago I began a process with an endocrine doctor which has lead on a path that would be to long for you to read but basically ended up with me on a med that I inject daily to regulate my blood sugar and slow my digestion.
That has helped me a lot
I have reworked and tuned my diet with my dietist and an ex body builder. Also my physiotherapist is an ex fitness competitor, she helps me with training and diet
I can pm you their names and you can look them up if you like.

But regardless of all this I just couldn't shake the tiredness feeling.
I had read on forums and talked to older guys I train with about TRT and they said it worked for them
So that is why I'm curious about TRT

I asked my endocrine Doc, she said my bloods were ok and would not consider that for me.
I know that doctors are not entirely to be trusted, they work to strict government financial guidelines.
I looked to the forums for advice
Spent several thousand euros on bloodtests over the years to post a here and analyze myself to try and identify the problem and get advice.
All this leads me to now where I am now, on victoza feeling better with new hope.
I just wanted to post a fully comprehensive set of bloods to see if something was being missed somewhere.
Another member pointed out a high shbg which was helpful, it gives me something to tune up and see if it makes a different.
After all things considered I can see that TRT is not the right option for me right now and that I need to get my man suit on and use my will power to better effect instead of whining about getting old!

Your numbers are good. I wouldn't jump on trt. See a doctor and see what he would have to say about that. See if there's a issue that maybe you don't know about. Are you motivated and driven? BF is not excessive. Maybe you need to get doing more cardio. Idk. See a doc.

Thanks bjr
I have been through the process with an endocrine Doc over the last few years, that's how I got my Pre diebetes diagnosis. The meds I got helped me get my motivation to train back up to where it was and helped my digestion no end.
They say they have Done all they can do
So fair enough I just have to try harder and bust through this and accept this is how it's gonna be from now on.
No problem, I can do that....

As far as TRT goes, if I’m reading that right you’re almost at the top of range. I wouldn’t go blaming your testosterone levels on your lack of motivation if that’s the case.

Why would you start self TRT when you’re naturally at the top of range? If you think your free test is low check out makwa’s forum on lowering SHBG naturally.

FSH and LH are right where you want them it seems too. In which case your Balls are operating perfectly.

I hear you D,
I just wanted to see if someone else was seeing something I'm not here.
I know there are a lot of people here who have a lot of experience when it comes to analyzing blood numbers. We all know doctors in the health care service don't have the knowledge and aren't to be entirely trusted.
Now when I look at the figures I guess you are right
Shbg is a bit high and free test is a bit low even if they are in range
Thanks for the tip on makwa I'll check it out
Just needed to square it off in my mind
No need to TRT now
