+ 2 Blood work: A NECESSITY

ad

I am curious as to how many of you guys actually do bloodwork. I find it necessary to do bloodwork before AND after a cycle. And if im doing a long cycle (say 15 weeks) i also do bloodwork around the 8 week mark. If it comes back terrible i cut the cycle off. I just see so many crazy things in this group and wanted to put some safety info out there. Too many people wont do bloodwork. Some of you even say its because of the money but then you go and spend $1200 on a cycle with doses that arent even necessary. Then i see people that get blood work just to see test levels. What about all of the other important stuff??? Like CK levels ( important for things related to myocardial infarctions and kidney strain/damage, cholesterol ( both hdl ( good) and ldl (bad) )which is important for heart damage and risk of stroke, liver tests (both ast and alt), estrogen, total testosterone, free testosterone, etc. Just a short rant lol. The inside has to be healthy for the outside to function properly. Take care of your bodies people... you only get one!

I always pull bloods. Most the time I'm checking for the important stuff. Lipid panels. Cmp, CBC, crp. I'm on trt so I'm not worried about my test levels. If anything is off a little I always adjust diet and that fixes it all for me.

post up that bloodwork

Good rant
What you can learn from bloods is awesome

As simple as diagnosing feeling tired from electrolyte imbalances from water retention to being high estro or having tumours in the brain
Its all in the eroids bloods section

People need to listen to you

If you're getting your oil changed and car serviced more than your blood work... You're doing it wrong

I go about every 1.5-2 months on average. I've gone again as soon as 2 weeks later to be certain I adjusted my AI correctly. My chick thinks I like getting it done or something, but I'm just super anal/cautious and wanna know the second something is off (if anything).

In general, I go a couple weeks before a cycle, 3-5 weeks in (depending on the ester), a few weeks later if AI needed adjusting, and then 5-8 weeks after the cycle is complete. At minimum I do those.

In addition, if I think something may be the slightest hint off, I go the next day to make sure it's not. And if something is off on any of my bloods, I'll go a few weeks after to make sure it's been addressed properly.

I also review my latest bloods with my doc like every 3-4 months or so, just in case there's something I'm missing (which I haven't missed anything yet luckily)

You take your logic and thought out thread and get the hell out of here! /s

I'm of the impression that the people who don't do blood work are the same magical 25 year old unique little snowflakes who suffer no sides from steroid use, can feel when they are fully recovered, who obtain gear by whoring promos in an effort to stretch their parents allowances that they've been saving, and then complain that they can't gain any weight on their measly diets and can't afford real food because it's too 'spensive brah.

And sure you only get one body, but abs brah... Abs are forever.

Lol. Not all of us 25 year olds are dumb

Lola I know, there's always a handful of us younger ones who take the time to be informed and do things proper, unfortunately that's a handful in a very crowded sea.

If someone can't afford blood work, they can't afford a cycle & they might find out how much more expensive it can get with things go haywire without bloods!!
