blood after injection

ad

this is my third cycle and this is a first for me. after injecting into my quad i pulled the needle out and lots of blood starting running down my leg. i aspirated and everything so i just assume i hit a vein on the way in. my main concern is the gear. its all still in there right? i feel like its a dumb question since the gear is in the muscle and i didn't inject into the vein, but you all know how important the gear is and losing any is a horrible thought. any thoughts?

cool, thanks guys. i definitely did notice the immediate knot, after that i looked closely and could barely see a vein under the skin. the first thought that came to my mind when the blood started running down my leg was oh no my gear!!!! but sounds like its all good.

i hear you man. yeah, you probably lost some gear. no it probably wasnt the entire inject. no you don't need to re-inject. yes, it will happen again just plug it up fast Smile

i used to have this issue almost every inject... i still never know why. now, i wrap an alcohol wipe around the skin and needle of syringe (while still in my body, after done inject). as i pull out, i let the needle slide up the wipe and when it leaves my body, i have instant pressure on the injection site with an alcohol wipe. occasionally i will have a splash of blood, but your peace of mind in keeping gear will be improved. give it a shot

Pressure sure stops the bruise! I read in forums last week a cause for more leakers during cycle is body gets more sensitive. Just like pip....no pip for 5 in a row then bingo. Outta nowhere

No sich thongs as dumb questions. I did same two days ago. Hit/nick vein. If aspiration was good then its in there. Nicks/hits is very common. Using small pin?
