Hey guys ! Returning member from aprox 10 years ago. Used to be fairly active here, me and the misses even won an EBC. Shortly after that I got saved , got right with Jesus as they say and walked away from bodybuilding. During the last 8 years I've been getting "fat and happy as the wife calls it. So 19 months ago I felt compelled to get back in shape. I was a sloppy 305 and spent about 8-10 months dieting, then returned to the gym for the previous 9 months. So after 19 months aprox I'm sitting around a solid 245. Before and after pic enclosed. Just looking to reconnect with the community again. Unfortunately old account is disabled etc, so starting from scratch!

I'm a follower of Christ I get it bro I was guilt shamed to believe bodybuilding was some kind of evil..so I took a break which lead to severe depression which lead to alot of other bad stuff . So my walk is stronger than ever but everything in moderation I wish I would have kept focusing on my only hobby lifting and worked on my faith it really messed me up as well unfortunately people are too judgemental and need to worry about there own sin before pointing out gray area stuff and preaching down on others so if some guy speeds while driving hence breaking the law and it's fine to be a Christian but I can't run a little test and gh cause it's vain is the dumbest Bs I've ever heard that's just an example...glad your back buddy and your strong in your walk brother

Mate I got depressed tonight - I trimmed mine tonight and realised its pretty much all grey now, even when graded short its grey LOL Still most of my hair is too now. Adds about 10 years on you instantly - my excuse is I turn 45 in a weeks time though. FORTY FIVE!!! MY GOD, JESUS WEPT .....
Embrace it! As this is a part of the journey they call life. Or you can dye it and look like you’re in denial of your age lol. It’s easy for me to say as I only have a dozen or so grey hairs in my beard. The wifey asked i wanted her to pluck them I said fuck no lol
Luckily I still have some resemblance of a young man when I trim it down short w the chin straps. Just a damn job to keep up. Losing weight, diet, hgh etc has knocked off ten years in looks, but nothing changes those Grey's, short of dying, and I'm too lazy and not vain enough to do all that.
We just gotta accept it, we old lol...
I have a chin strap beard too!! I was trying to remember the damn name of it and Jockstrap kept coming to mind but I knew it wasn't him LMFAO I've only begun doing it about 3 months ago and when you keep them sharp and trimmed with a razor they look pretty cool don't they - but already in that time I've seen the bastard change colour. Yeah I'd never resort to dying my hair to try and look younger, I know lads who do who won't even talk about it but its so damn obvious because it looks such an unnatural purple/black colour. Exactly, just accept it and move on. I was going fine on top when I was only 21 so I kinda got use to the fact I was going to follow my fathers extremely bad hair genetics LOL
