Bio signature modulation
ad
Saw a friend I haven't seen in awhile and he told me a bit about bio signature modulation. He is a student of Poloquin and he was raving about finally being able to spot reduce. He mentioned having more success in the last few weeks with some of his clients than over the course of years with diet and training. He was busy so I only chatted for awhile. It did sound interesting.
So I google it and they want me to buy some coarse or something. I don't really have the time, money, or patients to dig much deeper. So I figured I'd ask here - has anyone heard anything about this approach?
If I heard more positive about it maybe Ill look into it further or take the coarse.
Thanks.

anyone have more info on this?
there is different nutrition plans for different places you want to spot reduct? i was under the impression spot reduction isn't possible?
BigBmajI had always been under that impression as well. But we know that excess cortisol or estrogen will deposit fat in specific areas. If we discourage this then perhaps it's possible that's why I was asking.
i do miss u BigB! especially when you spell course coarse and patience patients mwah
BigBmajGod this place is boring since the divorce.
i just spit my food out! lmao omg that was fucking funny! now you know why i miss you!
p.s. technically the divorce isn't final ;0)
BigBmajGood, then maybe I can delete this "paint it black" playlist I've been playing non stop for the last week.
lmfao! i must confess i've been playin Slash's Far and Away hopin u could hear me singing the lyrics
BigBmajIt has been a rough few days on me.
First you disappeared on me, which was a bummer.
So then I went to the gym to forget my pain, while there my friends say "dude your legs would look bigger if you shaved them" so I did and it wasn't good. I thought it was a bad idea in the first place but I was bored and said fuck it. This shit is so uncomfortable, my legs already rub together so now this added benefit of small hairs poking me is constant irritation, not to mention all the small cuts I have all over the place. I don't know how you ladies do it? Maybe you get used to it or something. Maybe I should have used shaving cream? But they do look nice, and bigger actually.
Then I decided my triceps would be a good place to inject. I put 75 mg of prop per tri and I got some terrible pip and huge lumps. So they actually look bigger and people have been mentioning it like "dude what the fuck is wrong with your arms".
So I was sleeping and I woke up with a great plan "Bio Signature Modulation". I thought what woman could resist? I'll write a post and put a few carefully placed grammatical errors in there and she will come running back.
(:
well you know the way to my heart BigB....lol
im sorry that you've had a bad few days :(
p.s. shaving cream or a very lathery soap is the key and a 4 blade razor thats new...
i just spit out my food lmao! omg that was fuckin funny!
BigBmajI spent good money to lean to spell.
I'd blame it on auto correct but it's just plane my fault. :).
lmao mwah, mwah, mwah :0)
WithdrawlLOL!
From what I've researched:
Poloquin is big on eating mainly low carb Paleo. Starchy carbs should be 'earned' and only eaten in the post workout window. Allergen foods should be limited or not consumed at all (Gluten, Milk, Beans, etc.).
Doing all that covers 95-97% of the basis of bio sig.
That being said, I'm a fan of that approach. After years of trial and error, it has been the most successful approach for me.
