+ 7 Be patient - Be consistant - Be able to adjust - Be Smart
I don't post much on eroids, mostly and observer but I have been a member of a little over a year and a now. and have learned quite a lot. At 51 years old I feel like I am just hitting my prime.
I started out on TRT a couple of years ago, then wanted more and foind eroids.com. I read, read , watched , learned and then took the plunge and got serious. Started out just on Test E and Adex. Well I went through the usual PIP issues, feeling like crap, etc. Felt like "what so great abot this??" . Well I learned a little more (yes you can teach a old dog new tricks) and got my bloods checked and started to really get into the science behind all of this. I started cruising at 500mg Test E and using Aromasin (12.5mg EOD).
Although I was noticably affected by the test (libido, aggression, etc. ) I never felt like a million bucks and seemed like I was not really getting anywhere.
Now I am not body building at this time but do mininmal weight lifting to help support my physical condition in power sport racing.
Ok, I eventually added some more compounds (EQ in particuliar) and continued to work on fitness and diet.
6 months in I still didn't feel like or look like Arnold (never will..lol) but I could tell I was getting more and more comfortable with the lifestyle (pinning, taking my AI consistantly, etc).
Ok...fast forward to make this shorter....well about 10, 11 months in I am now feelling and seeing drastic results. I am a solid 225lb, no fat on belly , veins popping everywhere, muscle definition and shape like I have never had. I feel like I was always hoping to. It just took time.
My point is:
You have to be patient with this. - Rome was not built in a day.
You must be consistent - with gear, diet, excercise, etc.
You need to be able to adjust when needed. - check bloods, let it guide you. Look in the mirror, let it guide you.
Be smart - listen to advice, read, study, learn.
Anyway....thanks eroids. I am starting to reach that "feeling like a million bucks" thanks to all the great info and people on here.
And I encourage all that were like me... be patient - be consistant - adjust if needed - most of all....Be Smart.
racer out.

I didn't get to really write everything I was trying to say in this post and share but hopefully everyone gets the gist of it.
I can only imagine had I been this dedicated to building a lean mean fighting machine physique like I am starting to get today, back say 30 years ago....well...maybe I would look more like Viking today .
