Baseline blood work
ad
Baseline blood work. On 200mg pharma test cyp per week split into 2 100mg shots Wed/Sat. Posting for reference purposes, will pull bloods again in a month. Have started an iron supplement and will donate if needed after next blood pull. Anything else I should do? All input is appreciated.
First time posting a forum topic, so if this is in the wrong place let me know. Skimmed through the rules and didn't see anything directing me where to post blood work

click on your profile, select submit content, select pictures, it literally says blood work under that. If thats what you did you are good to go.
Your labs are fine, the little increase in hematocrit is fine and normal when on gear. Your testosterone is where I would expect it to be and looks like your gear is legit. You do need to get that iron up, eat some red meats and iron rich foods like cashews, pistachios, exc. and take a supplement.
Am I missing something? Looks great. Iron supplements are not going to work or be the trick for solving that problem. You need dark vegetables; collard greens, spinach, red meat etc, in order to actual get iron in correctly, daily. Hematocrit and Hemoglobin are slightly raised, should be fine. Also, depending where, they won’t let you donate with low iron levels but you shouldn’t have to anyway.
iCONicHave already started eating more beef. My diet has consisted of chicken rice and broccoli for about 7 or 8 months. Just added beef last week. Will throw some spinach and other dark vegetables in now too. Thank you for your input!
I'd be careful donating blood, you will tank your iron and ferritin even more. Hemoglobin and hematocrit are barely elevated, make sure that you are properly hydrated. Keep an AI on hand in case your estrogen raises to were you have issues.
iCONicYes but by the time I donate I will have gotten blood work done again and will have been on an iron supplement the whole time. If it's still low next round of bloods then yeah I won't donate
