Simplicity Diet

ad

Here is what I eat 3 times a day, 4 ifI can handle it.

Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.
1 cup white rice
1 large chicken breast - steamed
.5 cup broccoli - steamed

Snack prior to bedtime
2 cups cocoa pebbles

If I get cramps or my muscles feel tight I will eat a banana in addition.

I have been eating this way for roughly 2 months and I enjoy the simplicity of knowing exactly what I have to do and what I am going to eat.

If you want a healthier cereal, similar to coco pebbles, look up koala crisp. It has about four ingredients and is a rice based carb. It’ll digest like a champ.

I will check that out, sometimes I sleep walk and wake up eating cocoa pebbles, it’s weird I try to skip it sometimes but without fail I eat it anyway at 2:00 am

I'm a convenience is king person. Microwave pouches of rice, different flavors to mix it up, guacamole cups, rice cakes, various fruits i can just pick up and eat, honey, chia seeds, and oatmeal to blend with my post workout shake. The only thing I really cook is on Sunday I usually sous vide 6-7 pounds of chicken breast. You can do different flavors and seasonings in different bags for some variety throughout the week. Definitely recommend this if you eat a lot of breast. Takes 10 minutes to prep and is completely hands off cooking, then just toss the bags in the fridge. The last bag you open at the end of the week will be just as juicy and tender as the first bag you opened. I'll literally eat the shit straight out the bag from the fridge, because convenience is king lol. Works really well with pork loin as well.

It's great for cooking large quantities. And it won't dry out in a day or 2 like grilled/baked/steamed chicken. I'll usually separate them into about 1.5 lbs bags and open them as needed. Searing it in a hot pan right before you eat it definitely has the best flavor, but like I said, straight from the bag out of the fridge works for me!

B O R I N G lol. But if it works good for you
I need some shrimp , 96 lean burgers,
And 2 cups coco pebbles shit
No carbs before bed eat your meat and eggs
Protein & fats. Or cottage cheese and almonds

@Milfpounder you called that right away, I should add .5 cup of white rice to each meal that will increase my calories to 810 per meal which is 2430. Still not enough to grow muscle. Looks like I need to eat atleast 4 maybe 5 times a day to be in a caloric surplus

Well, I would take a hard look at your goals and construct a diet to get you there.

  • when you first started your "journey", you were probably laser focused on losing weight (fat), with the ultimate goal of being lean and jacked at the end.

  • somewhere along the way you added a SHIT-TON of gear. I actually remember this and the backstory behind it. So for a while, you were able to "recomp" in a deficit: lose fat/gain muscle. That process is fleeting and temporary and you're probably still chasing it.

  • at this point I'm assuming you're completely stalled: not making size or strength gains and losing mystery weight, where you don't know if it's fat or muscle coming off.

This is where you need to DIAL-IN your diet. What you're currently eating is not enough and contains virtually ZERO fat. Fat is an important macro for your hormonal health (beyond what you're injecting) and your overall health and joints.

So, while you could continue you cut to your desired body fat, you could be doing it in a much more surgical and intentful way. I use AI as a diet coach. It's easy AF.

That scenario is exactly what I recently came off of after months of recomp, down almost to the T. Now I’m in a surplus, meals, lifts and cardio are shit tight and even better results now. Trial and error, keeping up with data and adjusting as needed.

This is accurate, I scaled way back on gear. No more 4-5 grams of gear a week. I’m keeping it simple. 600mg test, anodrol pre work out sometimes. 1 additional compound at a time I’m currently running npp at 600mg.
I can use AI i really don’t want my diet getting complicated.
Perhaps I could add a high fat meat like pork to the rice and broccoli once a day. Looks like one cup of pork adds 22 grams of fat

I agree. I hate complicated diets. So I eat the same thing every day.
