Am i too young for ped?
ad
Im 22 6’0 145 lbs been lifting for 3 years but only started lifting seriously and consistently again for the past 2 months (watching diet, 4-5 days a week etc). Am i too young to use gear? Ive used sarms before and had surprisingly good results before i knew what they really were. Whats the least long term affecting cycle i could do that wouldnt mess up my t levels too much, or will i be fine as long as i do a proper pct?
I have a real hard time putting on weight and feel like ive hit a plateu in getting stronger in the past year or so. I also injured my back badly in highschool broke 3 vertebrates, though it doesnt bother me much would gear benefit this in anyway? Ive read great things about deca helping with stuff like this

Yes, you are too young.
Steroids in a way amplify what is happening naturally. So if you're not getting any results without steroids all you're going do is screw up your natural testosterone and then you'll regret it for the rest of your life.
As said before get your diet right. Sometimes even though we feel like we're constantly eating its not enough. Especially with clean foods. I thought is was doing good until progress stalled then logged my diet and posted it here. I wasn't eating near enough even for weight loss. The guys gave advice and I added a few more carbs and doubled my protein intake and the scale started dropping again. It's the same for weight gain post up your diet and let the guys give advice. Post your workout too.
kd967Working on it thanks!
I know exactly what you're going through man. I was a little bit younger than you when I first joined the military. 6 ft 1 150 lb soaking wet. I thought I could never gain weight I'd always been really "twiggy". I ate like a maniac in basic training and gained 25 lb. I mean I put chocolate powder and mixed nuts into yogurt cups on the instruction of one of my drill sergeants. Who is also a very tall skinny guy. So it's just food food food my dude. Secondly, coming from this guy who has a spinal injury you need ALWAYS remain mindful of that injury. You will get arthritis and it will hurt in older age. Jumping on steroids right now would be a huge mistake. Not only because of your young age but the risk of injuring your spine is tremendous on the juice.
kd967appreciate it! im going to start logging my exercise and daily food intake and i’ll post back here to see where i can improve. and im hoping for the best with my back i got very lucky and didnt need surgery but its definitely always in the back of my head, just thankful to be walking still!
You're aren't getting enough food. No amount of gear adds pounds if you don't increase the intake. Get proper rest as well. If all is on point you should grow just fine without gear. Because the brain doesn't fully develop until around the age of 25. I'd stay away from PEDS. You could be missing out on your bodies natural functions.
DreamlordBefore use gear, you need to check your diet and your training. When all is optimal you can progress naturaly. After only you can speak about AAS
You need to food to grow. AAS don't make up for that.

kd967Awesome thread thanks!
Either your Diet or Training is very off, 145lb's at 6ft is extremely light even for someone who has never lifted weights. You should write down how your training sessions look with reps and sets, together what you eat in a typical day to get some better advice. Taking steroids at this moment in time would be like strapping a Jet engine to a push bike.
yes
All you really need to do is eat……A LOT! Good stuff, not shit. Try to have five meals per day, and eat a lot of pasta. Only do this if you’re going to stay committed, otherwise you’ll just get chubby
Problem isn't your age so much as the fact you're a walking skeleton at 6'0. Most people say wait until 25, but at the VERY least, wait until your diet and training are both completely dialed. You need food, not gear.
kd967Thank you i appreciate the advice, any tips on putting on weight? I try to eat more than my bodyweight in grams of protein every day and at least 3-4k calories but still have a difficult time starting to think theres something wrong with me lol
For someone with an Ectomorphic build (narrow shoulder chavicols, long limbs, short muscle bellies, low BF and fast metabolism) you need to be consuming HEAVY CARB's also, you can consume all the protein in the world but if there is no carbs then there is nothing to fuel the body or to build the muscle. I am this kind of build, or was lol and once I started taking in lots of Dextrose powder into drinks I soon added bodyweight. Do not fret about it being fat either, you just need to gain weight overall. White potatoes, pasta, white bread, beans, meat, chicken, ice cream, jelly sweets don't be picky. I am not saying live off McDonalds but you need to change your idea of what heavy eating is.
do yourself a favor, postpone Anabolics 3 or 4 years, eat a lot and train consistently. You don't have to get PEDs out of your head completely, just spend extra time reading about them, studying what would suit you the most. After six years of natural training and great diet, you should be ready to your first Testosterone only cycle, that'l give you great results.
kd967Thank you for the advice appreciate it! Very happy i found this forum its a treasure trove of info that doesnt seem to be anywhere else on the internet. Im assuming there is a way then that you can take ped’s without needing trt for the rest of your life?
Yes, its called "responsible approach". Basicaly that's what I've written above - wait few more years until you're ready, don't mess yourself up, or you will regret that for a lifetime, literally. When you're training for years, gained significant ammount of muscle and bodybuilding knowledge, read a ton about anabolics, have AntiEstrogen agents on hand and PCT ready, only then, with fresh bloodwork, knowing you're in a great condition health-terms, you potentionaly could do your first Testosterone only cycle, following proper protocol, especially focusing on PCT and full recovery....
This doesn’t get said often enough. Just because you have PCT and you go through a proper protocol, there’s still a chance you never recover and end up on TRT forever. It’s not a guarantee that you recover your natural test levels. Unfortunately, I’m speaking from experience.
Sorry for you bro. Yet even doctors say that most of the cases of full infertility and testosterone shutdowns are reversible. It still might take years though. My worse recovery took full 8 months.
RustyhookerYoure too young and 65lbs light. Average high school linebacker is over 215. Eat and lift your ass off. No peds
