Should I run ai during my1st test cyp/e cycle. Or should I just run nolva 40 40 20 20 at the end 14 days after. I also have arimidex on hand? Thanks in advance

Anyone notice a couple posts down?? This guy is running tren and deca in one cycle....and asking about aromatase inhibitors and nothing is mentioned about prolactin....

Thanks for all the insight on this guys. I'm only 2wks in so ill just keep dropn weight and stop my cycle. Ill get with you sdm on diet and such. My question now is how will what I have taken thus far affect my body and should I take something to help balance everything back out.

If you have arimidex just use that Man. But def take an AI, especially with higher bf % u may already be estrogen prone. It's just something I've noticed with guys 20%+ BF.
Take 0.5mg 2x per wk of adex. But it really depends on your dosages of test, cause u may need a little more idk

Ok guys sorry about not providing enough info. Viking I have read tons on ai and yes i know what it is . I know its a serious thing to shut off estrogen completely because it screws with multilpe functions of your body and yes I know I need estrogen in order to stay healthy. I know arimidex kills e2. I know nolva doesn't kill e2 but shields the receptors in a sense from e2 which allows more test to attach to these receptors and also its used to help combat e2 while coming off a cycle to give natural test a fighting chance to recover to normal levels. I'm 6'2" tall I weigh in @240 lbs. I have a very wide frame never meant to be a small guy and i have always been on the chubby side.My bf% is 24% the only fat weight I carry is in my gut. I weighed 330lbs 2yrs ago and have continued to drop weight since II've became serious about my health and the way I eat. That's the truth ididnt realize this much info was needed. I have done one short cycle previously. I am doing high volume training as of right now 4 to 5 days a week and have been weight training around 2 years with short breaks here and there.
ZewiAnabolXType I inhibitors (like Aromasin) are actually steroidal compounds, while Type-II inhibitors (like Letro and A-dex) are non-steroidal drugs. Of course, there are some similarities between the two types of AIs
A Type-I AI, the noncompetitive inhibitor will bind, and the enzyme initiates a sequence an unbreakable bond between the inhibitor and the enzyme protein now the enzyme activity is permanently blocked.
Now, on the other hand, competitive inhibitors, called type II AI’s, reversibly bind to the active enzyme site, and one of two things can happen: 1.) either no enzyme activity is triggered or 2.) the enzyme is somehow triggered without effect. This means a Type-II can actually remove itself from the active enzyme.
So what does this mean, well when a Type-I like Aromasin does it job, its done its job and has gotten rid of the aromatase enzyme where Type-II like Adex and Letro must remain present to keep doing its Job..
Arimdex binds to Estor but it will let go, thats why it’s a s a type-II aromatase inhibitor(just like letro but letro is 40% more effective in getting rid of estro)—Also a reminder if you are using Adex do not use Nolvadex as Nolvadex will reduce the blood plasma levels of Arimidex, it also does that to Letro also.
Where Aromasin is a Type-I aromastase inhibitor it binds to estor and does not let go. So if your prone to Gyno use Aromasin. Aromasin is about 65% efficient at suppressing estrogen also a decent amount data suggesting that Aromasin has a beneficial effect on bone mineral metabolism and it may also have beneficial effects on lipid metabolism.
Also what makes Aromasin so great is Aromasin, also helps out your free to bound testosterone ratio by lowering levels of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), by about 20% SHBG is that nasty enzyme that binds to testosterone and renders it useless for building muscle. Because of this it makes Aromasin a great addition to your PCT.
No when it comes to taking an AI well you have to decide which one.

Lotsa people have great results with only .25mg EOD, but others (like myself) need a higher dose. You should also add clomid to your PCT.
Lastly, since you don't know any of this, I'm gonna suggest you do a LOT more research before doing a cycle.
I would run 1/2 mg a day through out your cycle.
