+ 1 A month testosterone progress...
I started back in the gym in April of 2022. After 6 months, I decided to jump on TRT (late October). I started with the TRT dosage, but quickly ramped it up to 400 mg/wk. I've only been injecting test for a month now; early November I started ramping up. When I started, my goal was to lose fat and get under 20%.
My gym has body scanning equipment that tells me my fat and muscle make-up. I scan every month or so. In the months before test injections, I was losing fat pretty well, but I was also losing muscle. This happened every month, except the first where I gained muscle and lost fat, and one other month where I gained a marginal amount of muscle but also a bit of fat. In just one month of injections, I lost over 5 lbs of fat and gained 2.5 lbs of lean mass. Now I only wish I would have started at least a couple of months ago. I feel my gym time is paying out dividends a lot better now. I feel energized and confident.
I'm happy with my progress. It annoys me that it seems like this hidden gem (testosterone) has been hidden from me my whole life. I used to diet and exercise really hard, and it seemed like I was at a plateau. Then I started to lose some motivation. If I ran a cycle then, I probably would have kept it up a bit better.
I don't understand why insurance companies don't cover TRT when it has helped me out so much, and has prevented the insurance company from spending money on me in other areas. It feels like the world is against men.
I just wanted to give some of my opinions and share my progress with you all.

Yeah man, there is a positive feedback loop here. There is plenty of high quality data that suggests that men produce far less testosterone now then the generations before us. I would suggest that low T is somewhat of an epidemic now. There is no doubt that it can be & is abused for many of its effects on the body & mind, but for me and many like me, it helps begin a path to well balanced self improvement; diet, exercise, mental health & emotional well being as well as general stability in life. There is no question that being a man is far more challenging when the main hormonal driver of masculinity is wanting. I'm pleased you're able to get a positive foothold in life.
RustyhookerJyst remember youll need to drop back to trt levels after cycle. Get your bloods back in shape
Definitely. I figure I have at least another month of this. I should've mentioned I threw a bit of anavar in there.
Jesus though, my whole body just feels so damn good. Like euphoric, I feel less depressed, I want to do stuff. I have interests in other things now. I don't sit around my place and throw a pitty party. I want to eat right and exercise.
I really feel the whole healthcare industry has been holding out on me. I would've never fallen back into alcoholism had I gotten in TRT a few years ago.
In a year you'll be a different person, higher self esteem, more outgoing, etc. If used right and safely, it can have amazing positive effects on your life
