Cannot vote even after posting review and labs

I've tried messaging a mod/admin about this, but for some reason after reviewing a source and even posting pictures of gear I cannot vote for that particular seller. I have enough karma and I've met all the requirements, but for some reason my account still will not let me properly add my vote for the source. If anybody knows how to help me out so that I can add my 2 cents in the form of voting I'd appreciate it very much.

I placed a second review after receiving my last order and was finally able to vote, so it looks like the database errors have been sorted out and all is well. This thread can be closed now if necessary...thanks.
Hello? Anybody? I've tried messaging admins and mods both about the issue and have yet to receive a response. I'm just looking for help making sure that my account has the right privileges where I can contribute my vote to vendors (i.e. karma, leaving a review, etc.).
How long ago did you leave the review. I am pretty sure that you can only vote within 7 days of leaving a review.

I tried to vote I know at least 7 days (probably within 3-4 days of posting it) since that review was posted, and it wouldn't allow me to. I have another review to post for the most recent order that arrived though and will try again after leaving it. Yesterday evening I tried to post the second review and got the 404 kitty page that said this page could not be located so I think it was just a quirk in the database or something.
