UP/DOWN voting problems

idk if anyone else has had problems with the "thumbs up/down" tool disappearing, but its happening a lot to me or my browser, even after refreshing or ctrlf5. so whats happening is when you go to up or down vote there is nothing there.

Server gets jammed up sometimes, thats all.
