Pixel too low to post pics

Trying to post pics of gear taken with iPhone and no matter what I try, cannot get pixels high enough. Cropped from 3 vials to one, tried to download at smaller or larger sizes. It anyone can suggest something Id appreciate it. I can get close but this ain't hand grenades.

I sent them to my email and saved them as jpeg, it just won't get any higher than 282 x 240, I gotta b doing something wrong. It shouldn't b this much work. Kinda wanted to avoid having girlfriend or son help me upload these pics..lol
Gotta be something with your phone camera settings then, you prolly have a low-res option checked somewhere.
Minimum pics resolution is 300px by 300px, maximum file-size is 4MB, allowed file-types are jpg, png and gif.
If you're within these limits, you should have no problem uploading pics.
Try uploading them from your computer.
