I am wanting to write a post in "workout and exercise" but I would like to post a picture also. is this possible?

You can't upload pictures in forums, you'll need to host them elsewhere and link to them by typing this  (replace "http://www.your-image-host.com/image.jpg" with the actual link)
You can upload pics in groups though.
