Is anyone having trouble with these guys>? I have a bad feeling about my order being totally missing from history, opened tickets to not appear in "manage tickets" which I think is a dead or simply bogus link and no email response.\ I see a lot of positive reviews and I have had positive results in the past but this is troubling.
