+ 3 Fight Gone Bad
Hello everyone,
I know you all are probably in the same boat as I am.. No gym!! It’s killing me! Well my wife found someone who was selling a bar and a few weight on Craig’s List and I already had a 20 pound weighted ball.
Back in the day my buddy and I started doing Fight Gone Bad every day to cut. It’s something almost everyone can do and it will make you sweat and give you a good workout. My wife and I are doing it daily and I feel great.
So this is all you need:
A weighted ball
-Some kind of weighted bar or dumbbells
-Something to do steps (stairs) or a large box to do box jumps.
-And I do not own a row machine so I do push-ups or jump rope instead.
Fight give bad is made up of 5 stations:
Push press
Sumo deadlifts
Wall balls
Box jumps
Row( if you have one) or supplement with another exercise.
FGB is 1 minute rounds of each of the five stations(in a row). You will do each round three times. After each round you allow yourself a1 minute rest. The entire workout will take exactly 17 minutes.
For all of you guys looking to shred, this exercise will do it. Also you can add weight or reps to get a better workout

Molinin302You too man, this sucks. More than anything I miss the equipment. My joints aren't the best, I have weights at home to make a lot happen, but it's hard on me. It'll pass bro. Best wishes.
