+ 15 Fall/Winter EBC Bulker 2013/14
I'm a classic hard gainer with a capital H, and when I do gain, it's in all the wrong places usually. I'll be turning 40 over the course of this EBC and I want to enter my 4th decade on this earth in the best physical condition of my life. Hopefully this competition will give me the motivation I need to put me where I want to be. My wife is supporting me on this in the hopes that I will develop an ass over this course of the competition. Me personally? I want to build up those toothpick legs, and as you can tell by the lack of lats in my lat spread, work on those as well. I'm looking to put on 35 lbs, my current weight is 184, so it seems doable to me. I know I suck at posing, but I did what I could. Hopefully they'll be better by the end.

EBC END UPDATE
Well the EBC is over and although i made some gains, I personally feel like I have a really long way to go. Sarted off at 184 lbs and climbed to 205 lbs (10 pounds short of my goal). I had fun and learned a lot (like how to deal with nipple lumps), This was my first run with NPP and I loved it. Well I guess it's back to cruise status until spring.

I see you've mentioned above that you want to focus on building up the legs and the wingspan during this EBC. I'm not a guru of muslce building or anybody special, but I think my legs are probably my best bodypart. Maybe I can help point you into the right direction for getting yours up to where you want them.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm a hard gainer, but when I do gain its usually pretty lean muscle, so I guess that's kind of a good thing.

Yeah big guy, I crossed that 40 mark at the beginning of January. I've steadily made improvements since I found eroids and seeing over 40 guys like you Gfit, theophany, viking etc., gives me hope for the future. EBC is over, but no reason to slow down now, I'm TRT so its back to a cruise before that spring blast. I'm just going to try my best to hold my gains, and add to it next round. BTW Thanks for the compliment.
