EBC Start..
Here we go.. gonna try to lose as much fat and retain as much lean mass and size as possible.. progressive drop down in calories and carbs while increasing cardio and changing lifting routines... never competed before in anything like this and am just happy to be able to take part in something as awesome as this.. I'm aware my posing sucks lol I'm working on it.. will be using some test primo proviron and mast.. probably bring in winny towards the end.. gh at 3iu..thanks again to everyone who made this possible and good luck to all the brothers and sisters competing..

So all in all pretty happy with my progress... started around 225 if i remember right and been
floating between 200 and 195 for about a week... learned a hell of a lot about myself this time around which is awesome.. this was a fantastic expierence and im super grateful to be a part of it.. good luck to everyone i wish you the best
