Anonwell, calipers are one of the least accurate methods. it reads 14.2%, but it's prolly more like 16.2%. all my weight is in my fkn stomach. i'm not even gonna say what the skin fold came out to... everything else was reasonable.

Anonyou aint lieing... i'm drinking a whole lot less than i used to. only once or twice a week. but, i gained 70 fkn pounds in a year and a half and have maintained that for a lil while. i'm on my way down BF% wise.
