+ 19 Summer Cut DHB/Tren/Primo

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Going to work on a long slow cut over the summer. Going to run some low dose tren midway through cycle for about 10wks. Trying to keep the trifecta of a test/DHT/nandrolone for most of the cycle. Ment will cover the nandrolone aspect for start of cycle then switching to tren mid cycle and riding out the remaining cycle with no nandrolone but higher DHB and primo to really cut it up and see what it looks like. Low dose test the whole way so I shouldn't need an ai. Didn't need any extra ai with the ment last cycle but aromasin is on hand in case I need it. Still want to do one more 50+ masters show so if everything looks good then I will plan one last show out.

I have some Long-HGH on the way so when that gets here I will likely switch over to that in place of my usual HGH to test it out.

Going to run about a 500 cal/d deficit for a slow cut. Will put a refeed in there when needed.

Week 6 Results

Change from wk 5/start

Weight: 191 -0.4 lbs / -13 lbs
Bodyfat: 8.57% -0.69% / -3.63%
Fat Mass: 16.37lbs -1.35 lbs / -8.52 lbs

The new pics I added are from the beginning of the week when I started the infrajet. These will be the baseline pics to see how I transform over the next month while using the infrajet. Not much vascualarity showing since these are morning pics upon first waking up to completely carb depleted and looking relatively flat, but I think it is a more realistic baseline to see how things change.

This was my first full week on the infrajet (Actually 6 days). The most notable change was that I finally added lean mass. Added nearly a pound of lean mass this week which is very significant. For the previous 5 weeks I had been losing lean mass which was concerning. Lean mass is going in the right direction finally and hopefully it continues. Lost over a pound of fat and gained a pound of lean tissue. That is big news when cutting. Only new variable is the infrajet so hopefully this trend continues. Suprised at how much BF I lost also. Usually once I get into the single digits it really starts to slow down but it ramped up from last week. Also a good trend.

Started infrajet today. Looking forward to tonights workout. For peri-workout nutrition I wll be taking 40g clear isolate 1hr before workout. Intra-workout will consist of 30g dextrose/cyclic dextrin with 40g clear isolate and immediately post workout will consist of an additional 30g dextrose/cyclic dextrin and 40g clear isolate. Post workout meal will be approximately 1.5 hrs from my post workout shake at which time I will take another 500mcg infrajet.

The 60g of carbs intra/post is way to much for me. That has essentially doubled my carb intake and it just makes me feel full and bloated and I can't eat a proper post workout meal. Going to cut those carbs in half and see if that works better. There doesn't seem to be a big issue with going hypo on this stuff. Haven't noticed anything the time or two I took it and didn't have any carbs in me for awhile. The amount of carbs I am consuming is overkill in my opinion and not going to contribute in a positive way to body composition.

I had really good luck with 20-25g intra workout,anything over that I felt like shit. Glad it’s going well. You’re gonna be real pleased after 4-5 weeks. Amazing product

Didn’t experience any. If it was going to hit me it would have been during my workout. Started drinking my carb/protein drink midway through workout so if was going to hit me it would have been before that since I had zero carbs for lunch and none before workout

WEEK 5 RESULTS

Started the albuterol this week since once I get below 10% BF the real struggle begins to start stripping more off. Time to bring out the big guns now and attack it. The albuterol also put a dent into my appetite. Cals were averaging more than 800 cals below my TDEE. Shaved a good chunk off of my waist which was definitely noticeable.

Somewhat concerned with the lean mass losses I am seeing. I would expect the fat losses but the drops in lean mass are somewhat perplexing. I think it mostly has to do with my carbs. Carbs are usually under 100g/d so I don't have much glycogen loading happening and that is where the weight loss is occurring. That is backed up by what I see in the mirror, looking kind of flat. Vascular, but flat. Had one bigger carb day and the muscle fullness was definitely noticeable the next morning. Strength is taking a hit also. Not going up much in weight. Workouts still nice and intense though.

Going to bump up test/tren to 300/300 starting this week, week 6, and keep running the albuterol through week 6.

I should also mention I take 100mg caffeine with each albuterol pill. Synergistic effect.

Clen wrecks me. I become a complete insomniac on it. With no sleep, recovery and gains come to a standstill and I start to regress. No matter what the dose. Can't handle the shakes either. With albuterol I can sleep just fine even taking it preworkout around 4pm in the afternoon. Also get a good sense of wellbeing on it. Bumps up my resting heart rate which would be expected but I don't get the jitteryness from it and just feel all around better using it. One less thing to worry about with the heart issues with clen vs albuterol also.

I agree brother I find ventolin is much better tolerated than clenbuterol with clients, do you use yohimbine or thyroid or any other burners?

I have some T3 but only use it when really low bf once it seems to be a struggle to take it off with diet alone. you hit that point when you just can’t seem to strip any more fat then it can come into play.

WEEK 4 Results

Vascularity is starting to improve. Actually starting to see some definition in my legs. Finally below 10% Bodyfat. The tren e/test e mix was started this week. Week earlier than planned since I dropped the ment a week early.
Ran my first five days of the Somalong long acting GH this week with 0.9ml. Very little CTS. I would equate it to a similar dose of about 3iu of normal HGH. Now taking 1ml E5D.

Bodyfat: 9.7% -1.15% / -2.5%
Fat Mass: 19.1lbs -2.4lbs / -5.8Lbs

Received my Somalong long acting HGH so I will be starting that today. Dosage will be .1mg/10kg to start to assess tolerance. This will equate to 0.9ml E5D. If I tolerate that well after the first round then I will up the dosage to .12ml/10Kg E5d which will be 1.1ml. E5D. Dosage will be adjusted accordingly as weight changes throughout cycle.

WEEK 3 Results

Didn't know what to expect this week. Came down with the flu. Tried to keep up with diet and fluids to retain as much lean mass as possible. Lost some lean mass but also a good chunk of fat. It is what it is. Was only able to train 1 day this week. So overall I guess faired pretty well given the circumstances. Rested up now and ready to go.

Change from week 2/start:

Weight: 198.2 lbs -4.2lbs /-5.8lbs
BF: 10.85% -1.05% / -1.35%
Fat mass: 21.5lbs -2.6lbs / -3.4lbs
Lean mass: 176.7lbs -1.6lbs / -2.4lbs
Waist: -1/2" / -1 7/8"

Calories averaged about 660 cals below my TDEE

Hopefully can start reversing that trend of lean tissue losses. Fat loss is on a good pace though. No need for albuterol yet so I haven't used any.

Dropping the ment. This compound seems to be more suited for bulking so I am saving the rest for bulking. Gave me some strength boost but needs the food to build tissue. Not a great hardener so I really don't see the point running it for a cut now. Going to start the test/tren e mix a week earlier now in place of the ment. Also dropping the ai I had to take with the ment.

I was 5'5". Probably shorter now, gravity taking its toll Lol I was up to 227 at one point but just seemed to heavy. Couldn't even do squats because I couldn't get my arms behind me to hold the damn bar on my back. I was the strongest I have ever been in a long time but my mobility really suffered. Just wasn't comfortable. 199.4lbs on the scale this morning. First time under 200lbs in several yrs. Feels really good though. I can finally put my hand behind my head. Going to keep stripping some bodyfat off and see what I look like and get an idea where I would be at stage weight now. For sure looking at light-heavyweight now just need to see where within that range I would be. Probably somewhere in the middle of category. Goal now would be to get weight up to top end. Weight doesn't matter for masters division but it is still fun to see how I fair in the opens with the younger crowd.

Fat mass: 25lbs down to 24.1lbs -0.9lbs / -0.8lbs
Lean mass: 175.8lbs up to 178.3lbs +2.5lbs / -0.8lbs
Waist: -7/8"" / -1 3/8"

Calories were once again just over 900 cals below my TDEE

I have been using the Pharmaqo HGH and lets just say I am less then happy with it. I haven't tested IGF but I have not had any CTS whatsoever using it. 4iu I should have had at least a little CTS but nothing. Bumped up to 6iu for a couple of days and nothing. Now running at 10iu/d and still no effects. I would recommend avoiding Pharmaqo HGH. The vials also appear to be somewhat cloudy. Started 2nd kit but that is going into the bin and switching over to the Novo from Sciroxx which I know is good.

Started noticing some water retention about midweek from the Ment so started on AI. Now doing 12.5mg of Asin EOD. Dropped a couple of pounds the next day so the asin is definitely legit Lol It works quick.

What is the use of DHB for this cycle? I have no experience with DHB but it seems to be similar to Primo/EQ.

Whats your current nutrition macro split? Primo would mean high protein but with Tren would you also have mid/high carb and low fat?

I really like the nutrient partitioning and hardening and vascularity I get from DHB. I was going to run the primo at 800+ without any DHB but I wanted to run some low dose tren this cycle and in my opinion DHB is very similar to tren so I can run 200mg tren with 200mg DHB and avoid the mental side effects I get If I would run the tren at 400mg.

Macro split looks to be averaging about 40/30/30. I don't like dropping carbs to low at beginning of cut becasue then I have no where to go when hit a plateau. Carbs are really what define weight loss for me. If I hit plateau, then I will shift those carbs into protein. Kind of the same thing with fats. Low fat diets don't work when cutting, at least for me. I have done less than 5% (sometimes less than 2%) fat and then the body does not want to shed any fat because there is essentially none in the diet and it holds on to whatever fat it can. During a prep I was not losing any fat no matter what I was trying to do, switched my macros from less than 5% fat to 20% and the fat started melting off again with no other changes.
