+ 6 Grow Cycle - Sust, NPP, mast e

Yep, no DHB this cycle, but I put together a short cycle where I am really going to focus on bringing my pecs up. I have identified them as my weakest upper body point right now. Sufficient size is lacking. Everything else really seemed to get a boost last cycle, but my chest didn't seem to catch up for some reason, so it is really going to be targeted this cycle. I have been able to knock off a couple more pounds of fat and starting weight is going to be around 212 now.

My last diet strategy really worked out well as far as fat loss and tissue building so I am going to roll with again here. This is what worked last time and it was nothing fancy. I will go into the cycle at maintenance for the first week until the compounds are really kicking, which shouldn't take to long considering the Ment, NPP and the prop in the sust. Then I will ramp it up to slightly above TDEE (+250-500 cals) and look for a lean tissue build. Will be around 400g/d for protein and carbs will be adjusted depending on how I look or feel. I am really going to focus on my pre, intra and post wo nutrient timing. I think this is really going to be key to the growth I am looking for here.

The test is going be ran slightly lower while running the ment and then will be bumped up slightly after the run of it. Trying to keep estro conversion down somewhat since it a fairly new compound and I still need to feel it out a little bit. Going to give a short run of injectable Superdrol at the end to finish with a bang. First time with the injectable form so I am hoping I can tolerate it better than the oral. May have to abort it if really drags me down like the oral version. I didn't get to run the LR3 from Sciroxx last cycle so I want to get it in this cycle. Been on HGH for a while and I think this run of it will help to reset insulin sensitivity. HGH is dropped down during the LR3 run since I tend to get numb hands while running IGF if I don't back down my HGH dose. I will be running the Genos I have during the LR3 run.

I may have to bump up the AI during my run of the ment. If need be, I will switch over to adex during that month since that works stronger for me. Caber will start a couple of weeks into the cycle.

What exactly does the superdrol do?

Anadrol on steroids. ie. superdrol. I can't handle the sides from the oral so I am going to see if the inj. is a little easier on my system. First pin of it tomorrow.

Midway through second week of inj. SD. Not going to lie, dragging ass a little bit so just going to keep at 10mg. Put on 3lbs though and huge boost in vascularity and size. Craving carbs big time and if I don't eat, I get nauseous. SD needs lots of food. Better carb loader than adrol and I would use it for that if the sides were more tolerable.

How is the pip? Is it painful like anadrol inj?

Zero pip. I have 40mg/ml so I only need to inject .25ml. 28g slin pin to delt and don't even feel it.

Dosing the LR3 20mcg pre and 20mcg post workout with 25g carbs intraworkout and 35g carbs with 40g protein post. Perma pump has started very difficult to shave and brush teeth due to the pump.

3rd week on LR3 and bumped up to 50mcg pre and 25mcg post. Scale is starting to move again. I think once you reach a certain mass the amount of IGF you need also increases. Makes sense. More mass more IGF receptors. Will bump up to 100mcg for the final week.

Finished up the LR3 run last week. Bumped up to 100mcg. Big difference. Dropped 2lbs on the scale with nothing else changed besides LR3 dose. Melted the fat off me at that dose.

What's the pip like with the sustanon? I'm pip sensitive that's why I ask

Unfortunately I had such bad PIP I had to stop running my first 8 weeks during contest prep and switched over to TestE. It hurt to sit down and interfered with workouts - couldn’t handle it. The brand I ran was Pharma but perhaps Mak is right, other brands may be different. I would still like to try sust under another brand. Good luck

Depends on the brand. 1st half of cycle I was using 300mg/ml sust and no pip. Now I am using 350mg and there is some pip, not bad though. The worst pip I have had from sust was actually pharma sust ironically.

As far as this whole ment thing goes, not super impressed with it but it is OK. Where it really seemed to shine was at 40mg/d. That is where I would start and go up from there if I ever run it again.

Starting the LR3 this week.

Final week of ment. Bumping up to 35mg/d. Not super impressed with the stuff so far.

Up 2lbs in first week. The ment is really great as a prewo. Good surge about 1.5-2hrs after pin. No estro issues with it yet.

Diet varies to much to really lay it all but some here a some of the key points.

For breakfast, I really try to stay away from carbs if looking for more of a lean bulk. Protein and fats are where it is at for breakfast. Ham and cheese omlete or bacon and eggs, skip the toast and hashbrowns when getting serious on a cycle. If I am running late I'll have a quest cookie or RX Bar instead. I also take my GH in the morning so I like to keep a carb free window around that shot to try and maximize fat loss.

I like to sip on BCAA's throughout the day. I need to have some flavor in my water in order to be able to drink enough of it.

I am really going to focus on pre, intra and postwo nutrition. Prewo I'll be taking 20g why isolate with 25g cyclic dextrin, 7g BCAA, 5g creatine, 5g EAA, 10g beet root powder along with my preworkout 'pump" cocktail that has all the goodies like citrulline, betaine, beta alanine, taurine etc. Intra I will be using 14g BCAA, 10g EAA and my electrolyte mix because I sweat alot while working out. I may add some vitargo intra for some of my longer more intense workouts. Post workout will be 40g whey isolate, 70g Vitargo, 5g EAA and 5g creatine. About an hour after that is when I have a big meal for dinner. Lots of protein and carbs. Big Tbone and potatoe, burger etc. I eat good for dinner. My biggest meal of the day.

I will usually have a shake sometime in the evening and then top things off before going to bed with some greek yogurt or cottage cheese and big glass of milk. It is hard to get 400g of protein, but that is my goal. More often than not I fall short of that but never under 300g unless I was having to busy of day and wasn't able to get in one of my meals or if I ate to many carbs and will be way over what I want for cals. Unfortunately, getting old now and my metabolism isn't like what it used to be and I can't do the see-food diet and just eat anything and everything, I have to watch it more carefully now even with GH or I just get fat.

Would you say your in ketosis during your entire cycle?

I am very rarely if at all in ketosis. I average around 250-300g of carbs. Only time I go into ketosis would be during a prep cycle where I am under 50g/d of carbs

I’m not going to give you any advice bro as you’re the teacher around this neck of the woods but I want to ask why sust, by week 10 the party would have just started. Why not prop?

Does mast have an effect on controlling your oestrogen?

I’m excited to follow your progress as always. Be prepared for milfs to follow you around while you shop for groceries, this is the number one side effect of SD inj.

I was really debating on whether to go with test p or sust. I am pinning enough sust that I am getting a pretty good dose of prop and the sust is just smoother for some reason where the straight prop can be pretty pippy. I will also probably just transition into sust for my cruise. The ment also had me concerned about to much e2 conversion and I thought I could reduce that somewhat by sticking with some more long estered test instead of getting the quick bang from all the prop. The ment will essentially be functioning as test in this cycle so I really don't need the quick boost from running prop.

If anything, I probably should go with mast p, but we'll see how the mast e turns out. If I run the mast higher it has an impact on my estro, but anything over 300mg and I start pissing blood. I would like to run it higher, but my prostate does not like it. 300mg won't have to big of an impact but it will have some but not enough to affect my ai dose. May have to bump ai up during ment run.

My wife does all the grocery shopping so I will probably have to watch out for those milfs at the gym. Been seeing a few more of them lately.

10 weeks....have you thought maybe a small front load before day 1? 250 sat...250 sun of sust then cycle on?
