I gotta vent because it seemed like this came from no where. Obviously was on blast but went from 238 to 258 in like 6 weeks. i just started cardio before weight training in the morning. Some days are idle behind a desk and others are on the move. I seen a pic of myself and I am fat as fuck. Current calories right at 2000. I never exceeded 2500. I train every day. When i say everyday thats christmas, new years, birthdays... everyday. Crazy thing is I am still very vascular. I will start tirz and back to gh tonight.

Stay away from that enemy the mirror and get out and move more or anything other than dwell on BS. Personally I coach U14 soccer and just the way the kids respect me is worth more than any paying job
I gotta ask this, because your triceps are fucking massive, how much you bench?
I don't pr anymore. Probably been 3 years since 4 plates. I dont go over 110 dumbells and mostly do incline. to answer your question though, I have no idea. I do high volume with decent weight. Typically 4 sets of 225 with 1.5 mins between sets and reps of 15 - 20. dumbells start at 75 end at 110 and 100 reps on the flat bench at 135. I am left handed and have blue eyes.
Re-think your goals…. Take a different approach. I was stuck at 225 for two years thinking I was doing all the right things. Didn’t grown until i reset my mind and body.
Some Bruce Lee shit right there. Dude was hella strong for his weight. Ever watch those anatoly pranks videos? Funny stuff
Fun fact. Only .1% of the global population can bench press 225 or greater. We are a special sort of breed these days.
Edit i now see your talking about body weight. My bad
first pro tag i have seen in here. i see them at the gym and amazing dedication. mad props to you! a different breed for sure!
this is where i am at. I am a very scheduled person. very routine type person. to the point that when things change, i feel crazy about it. i just have to push to a new routine and get my mind wrapped around it. i just got back in the rhythm of cardio so I know I will stick with it.
Maybe try carnivore for a while? From the pic below looks like you can rack some serious weight. Powerlifter build no doubt. Good shit
I was actually looking into this but I can't eat beef. I cut beef out about 2 years now. chicken, fish, eggs. i will try some more cardio than weight training for a month and see what happens.
Rough! But, that's part of the journey. Making the necessary sacrifices. Head strong. Keep at it
How did you gain ANY weight on 2000-2500 calories at your size? Im assuming thats a fairly recent picture you posted down below?
What was your blast cycle? Thats gotta be all water
Thats what i am currently cutting on. Thats my daily cals since monday. Test tren mast gh.
simonelairsonDamn bro, jumping 20 lbs in 6 weeks on a blast with 2k cals means you’re holding a shit ton of water and glycogen, not straight fat. If you’re still vascular, you’re just blown up from the wet compounds.
Tirz + GH will strip that water off real quick, but don't beat yourself up over a camera angle while full of bloat. You got this.
2k cals is what i am now. I am sorry if i worded that fuck up. I am at 2k now no more than 2500. I do count calories but mostly protein and i make meals for the week so my days are identical.
Whatever you do , dont beat yourself up too bad. We all can be very harsh on our self assessments of our own look.
Now that said, working out everyday is just dumb man.
One, you clearly arent working out hard enough per workout if you are able to do it everyday.
Second, all gains are made during the post workout recovery. If you never rest proper, you will clearly impede recovery thereby diminishing results. Which of course, is counter productive and makes no sense.
And why be on a blast if you yourself claim being faf? Again, counterproductive
I know you said you were venting , it just seems you are working against yourself.
If you now wish to focus on fat loss, dump the blast, give yourself a good minute (few days a week) to rest and reset. Then attack with a fat loss goal oriented approach. Just got to get out of your own way.
The working out everyday is more mental than a physical drive. Its something i cant explain but have to be there. My first blast and all my bloods came back good. My bp was down and seemed like a decent time to try it. Somewhere i got lost and am definitely back on track. Hopefully will be back down in the 230’s in a couple months and try to get lower from there.
Well, don't get too down. Shit happens. Just take some time off and let your body & head reset. Devise a fat loss plan during said time off so when u return you can hit the ground running.
You have a metabolic disorder or something?
And are you sure you’re tracking calories accurately?
+20lbs in 6 weeks seems almost mathematically impossible on 2000kcal. It would require your maintenance to be sub 1500.
Should have mentioned my trt doc has me on t3 and t4. I am having god aweful gut issues so my protein intake has been priority. Picture for reference. There are 7 grown adults in the front of the kayak.
Pretty rare that you see a guy who's arms are almost the size of his torso. Jesus..
Also if it means anything i lost 11 lbs in 4 days prepping for colonoscopy. My kankle lines stay for most of the night when i take my socks off but i hate taking diuretics but have some prescribed to me.
