I’ve been buying from naps for a little over 2 years. I’ve never had any issues with packages not arriving. Some orders take longer than others but they usually come within 2-3 weeks. I recently got some Geneza EQ and I will write a review once I finish my cycle.

Shipping seems to be very slow for my order that shows it's shipping label was created in my city in an area code that's a 5min drive away. Its been sitting on "label created" since the 24th. Emailed napshelp and just got a copy and paste answer about "high demend". Nothing about the details of my order. It's my first order with naps and I'm kinda disappointed it's taking this long to get in the hands of usps. Anyone else have this same experience and how long did it take to get your order?
Hi brother - There is a notification on the brand page about delays in shipping - Due to high demand, delivery will take longer than usual (up to 2-3 weeks), but this is still a domestic shipment.
It will say “label created” until the carrier receives the package. Most likely you ordered international so it will take about 2-3 weeks. Just be patient naps always comes through. They have been around for 20+ years. You’ll get your gear bro.
Yes, it sat on "label created" for 7 days and it's a domestic order. Everything has been taken care of now and I've received a new tracking number that shows my order is on the move. Never thought I wouldn't get my order just expected to see movement of my order within 7 days.
Yeah that’s a one off from what I’ve experienced. Usually when I order domestic my package arrives within 7 days.
Are you expecting a package to travel across the world to your door in a week? If its international they literally say it can take up to 4 weeks. The label gets created where the package ships in, it doesnt mean the package is literally there.
My international order said label created in texas. Thats where it comes in but it originated from another country. 2.5 weeks later it started moving. You guys gotta read the shipping times.
Yes I am in fact expecting my package to travel the globe in under a week with the corresponding post cards from each stop. My order is a domestic order that I expect to show some type of movement within 7 days. Thanks for your opinion on the matter.

I’m definitely having some issues with shipping and customer service. Ordered on June 19th and it’s been pretty hard to get help. My items were in my home town and now have been shipped across the country and sitting for 9 days. Customer service won’t do anything about it. Anyone else have anything like this happen? T
