I placed a US Domestic order with 2 separate package IDs on April 1st. I received the first package in 5 days, the 2nd package has had an inactive tracking number since April 3rd. I submitted a ticket 2-3 days ago and have not received any updates on the second package. I’ve always had great experiences with Naps, this is the first bad one. Can the Naps rep on here help me?

Buyer BEWARE!!! I paid Napsgear.org via Zelle and it cleared my bank account only to get a message from Napsgear.org stating there was a problem retrieving my funds. Though the order has been canceled no refund has been issued. The total was $298. I am very concerned at this point as once you pay Zelle my only recourse is reporting the fraudulent merchant to my bank but that doesn't assure a refund. I have never had this happen before so unless I hear back from them within a couple of days, I will have to take further steps. Please be careful ordering from this site or you may be in the same situation I am in. Zelle doesn't have the same protections as normal payment methods so your only recourse is reporting the merchant for the bank to look into it. If moderator wants to help this is my order This is my order # #5681331 I will update my review if I have been refunded fully via Zelle. I don't want store credit at this point.
Just FYI... I tried to take my comment down because I'm not in the habit of leaving anything negative. But I couldn't figure out how to delete it. Anyhow... though my refund hasn't come through yet, the moderator here is trying to help me so I am now confident that it will come through in within a week or so. I initially thought it was a scam but I don't think that anymore. Anyhow I update if for any reason I am not properly refunded but for now it looks like things are going to be just fine. I would take down my original post if I knew how to as long as things are cared for properly there is no need to leave a bad review for others to see. How long since you ordered? I tested dragon about a month ago and there was a hassle at customs with faje postage but its finally coming in tomorrow. I'm debating just biting the bullet and trying to order because I really like euros gear. I also used to love odin from naos if you ever tried that but I cant find it anywhere.

yeah i've heard about that actually. luckily im getting my gear locally from a trusted source. i looked into some forums that mentioned Beligas being a good brand so i ordered my shit. a little after ordering i came across a recent forum saying that the bunk gear and quality control has been horrible. hopefully my shit isn't bad. i only ordered Accutane.

Ive been a costumer of naps for over 15 yearsm everything has been great up until 3 weeks ago. I paid on the 10th, money got picked up on the 13th. On the 16th of march they made a label in chicago. Then on the 21st of march they made another label for the same order this time from NY. when I asked what was going on on napshelp i got the same generic message twice, something on the lines "did not pass customs inspection, we are sending you a new package". It is now the 31st of march, meaning I paid three weeks ago and all I have is a tracking number that tracks to label created in NY on the 21st and no information whatsoever on my package, I used to love when they gave me a tracking number that would begin updating as soon as it got shipped out of hong kong then it would take about 2 weeks and i would watch it get in a plane and land in NY, then go on to travel for about a week through the USPS mail system and then it was home. By week 3 or 4 i usually had my package. I dont know whats going on but i am 1076$ in the hole and i got no test no gh and im running low VERY low on my current pct which means within a month or two i have to start the new cycle and if my gear isnt here i am screwed for this year.
