Having extremely poor service with ‘upper management’ on naps. First real time I’ve experienced such, I don’t use naps often but last November ish I ordered some XT labs testc 300. After the first month of 600 a weak, i wasn’t feeling it, so I pulled bloods and was sitting at terribly low levels.
187 to be exact for my total (didn’t test free or E2 but money was tight said month) I thought oh well maybe the first vial was bunk I’ll try another. Tried another for a month and pulled bloods once again, only for my levels to come back at 302 total, 28.5 free.
So I attempted to share a review on the product to inform others of the bunk gear, review was not approved and instead I was sent a message asking what was wrong. I went into detail and explained the situation throughly being quite clear I didn’t expect my money back, simply wanted to make fellow customers aware of XT labs downfalls (even made it clear that I wasn’t upset with naps). Few days later was told that bloods do not matter, and in some cases I’d understand that but with 600 a week, my levels should be far above such low level regardless of genetics.
To preface I’ve ran gear for many a years, this however was the first time I was burned so badly. Am willing to provide my blood tests if anyone is interested in them.
All in all, be careful of what lab you choose on naps, most will be good, some will be bad regardless of what their reviews look like, I will take slight blame and say I did not look into XT labs before purchasing such because I didn’t feel the need, however they have a history of underdosed and outright fake products which contained not what was stated.
Is there a batch number or any identifying numbers? I know someone who just got some of this.

A while back I ordered Genza Domestic from Naps which didn’t have the logo on the flip top. Their international line does have the logo.

Just curious what the plan is regarding the fake Ultima gear. I submitted a ticket a few days ago with proof of affected lot numbers. I’m hoping to get refunded in full, store credit is fine as long as I can use 100% of it to cover my next order. Naps has been great so far and I get things happen but I’ve yet to hear back regarding a solution. I added you as a friend (Naps) and can send you my order number and details once you approve it.
