March 22 they said they'd remove the promo tag. I told them if it ever shows up I'll just pay for it because I ordered AND RECEIVED from a different source to cover what I had expected from the promo.
Instead, they reshipped it. And the promo tag is still there. Not a good look.

I’m trying to get a refund instead of a reshipment by the time this gets to my house I won’t even live in this city anymore going in 2 months . This is delaying prep and I’ve been pretty patient

10 days lable created no movement. Usps hasn’t even received it yet . I just want my money back package isn’t anywhere . The original tracking number was updated to December 31 2024. I’ll just try and file a dispute with my bank
Likewise brother. I was in promo over 2 months ago for order and I just keep getting that they will check on it. At this point I told them it was a wash and to cancel the order as like you I cannot wait any longer to start. No hard feelings toward Naps as I have no money in it. Just disappointing
As I wrote earlier, I also had a problem with the parcel, I waited over 30 days and there was nothing. I don't know if it was lost or something else happened to it, but it never arrived. Recently they sent it again from another place and now the parcel is still in motion, it shows that in a few more days it will be at my place. I hope everything will match the goods But from what I see, such situations rarely happen to people from napsgear.com

They have been responsive for me when I reached out. I’m waiting on a promo order that was placed way back Feb 2 and still no movement or package. I don’t know if it’s coming or going at this point. I have plenty on hand but the experience has not been great considering the time line and it still has me tagged being in a promo lol. I have no money in it so I’m not stressing. I hope everyone who has made a purchase gets their stuff. I think anything international is a mess shipping wise.

Yes me too thank you. Have some but always want to stock up in case of situations like this. Experienced user for years with minimal issues but this past week and a half dropped off the map. Order just left unfulfilled, had to cancel it. not like them.
Agreed, this whole year since February has been a mess with shipping (both foreign and domestic) and miscommunication. I have used them for so many years, I keep telling myself they will take care of it. I thought I had enough stocked up to last for a while, but I was wrong.
Facts got my first package seized in like 5 years...

They have been communicative with me, at least. I’m sure you created a ticket, did you try replying to one of your past emails from them? If the help page isn’t working, this is how I create a ticket. Just trying to help, hopefully it gets sorted out for you!
Same with me from Dragon-pharma order on 16 February shipment took place on 20 February and is still standing until today
You can see by the tracking number that the seller is preparing the shipment all the time and nothing more
And supposedly it has already been 24 days since shipment.
I would just like to add that the tracking number is from Germany and I wonder why it took so long, after all it is Europe
