+ 4 I feel tired a lot

ad

Do you guys have any good tips on not being tired all the time? I've been taking vitamin D since I'm deficient. I'm on 200mg test a week. And 2mg reta a week. I've lost 16 pounds in almost 3 months. Was at 195, now I'm 179. I'm not working out which I know I should be. I just walk every day for an hour. My blood work is fine, only thing was the vitamin D deficiency.

I stay away from all these weight loss peptides as I'm already 7% bf and have no need for them - but from what I read about the side effects and how they can make you feel (esp Reta) you need to be making sure you are training and going to the gym regularly so that you keep feeling good and positive, both physically and mentally. I would imagine its kinda like running gear where by if you smash gear in but don't train like I have actually seen some idiots do over the years on here - then all that will happen after 3 to 4 days is you will start to feel like shit and have no energy - I can see it being the same scenario. Plus all those peps massively lower blood sugar by altering Insulin release etc. Of course you could be deficient elsewhere in the Vitamin spectrum but I would concentrate on getting yourself in the gym at least 2 to 3 times per week and I'm sure your drive will return again.

Reta also raises your RHR and will jack up your HRV. So OP might sleep 8 hours a night taking melatonin or other sleep supplements but is getting shit quality sleep. That’ll compound on itself and end up in massive sleep debt.

Damn I didn't know that. Thanks bro

Thanks brother I appreciate it. Yeah I'm still mid 20s bodyfat percentage. I definitely wouldn't take it if I had your body fat percentage. I'm aiming for 12 -15 bodyfat.

LMAO I'm not really 7% - probably more like 27% lol

It's hot asf where I'm at. In the 90s for several weeks now.

I work out in the sun for decades...it xan suck. Add in electrolyte boost and see if it helps. I chew some of the low salt sunflower seeds to boost a lil salt as I'm drenched sweating. I hit just under a gallon of water a day. For me if I go higher my body flushes too fast and get an awesome headache...yuck. after body flushes aldosterone can bump up then your BP can boost. Yo yo effect. I can't stand the flavor of pedialyte but it may give a quick boost.

Test at 200 a week to me is too high for trt. So e2 boosts and lethargy bumps up. 800 on my bloods is a good upper stable with no issues.

I fucking drink salt lol. I put so much on my food. I probably need to lower my intake.

Potassium foods? If I get way too much salt I get watery. Lol

Heat is what fucks me, every summer I feel lethargic. Doesn’t help I run hot

^^^yessir! Trying to keep those electrolytes helps. But I do know heat and working in it...ugh

Reta made me tired after the first month, my mom also. I increased protein and took a few rest days. From what I’ve read it’s a common side effect
