+ 3 High Blood Pressure Supplements

ad

I have been trying to stay off of BP meds so I have been looking into natural supplements. I am not saying this will work for everyone but taking these supplements have helped my BP tremendously so if you have high BP it might be worth a try.

Healthy Beats: 2 chewables a day
Hibiscus Tea: 1 cup a day
Red Grapefruit: 1 to 2 a day

Nice! My most effective have been Kyolic garlic and nattokinase but never hurts throwing more in

I have not tried those, I have though stayed away from garlic because I am afraid of smelling like it when I sweat

Every one of these makes sense and at age 59 this summer, it gets more pressing… natti BP is making this year’s cycle look less and less attractive. Funny thing, all the stupidity of my life….shingles seems have to marked me for shorter life. Post nerve pain for three years now seems chronic, what was once 96/60 with 64hr (46 if I focused) is now 125/80 on an average day….just TRT. With 19-nor as a fav. cycling seems questionable at best. All ideas welcomed, don’t know why I never thought of the beet root. +1. My goal is to look great this next birthday, but wasted if it is in a box or nursing home.

damn I've crept up to the 150/80 range . I have never been below 100 but usually 126/68

125/80 is good expecially at your age. Im 46 and that is typically where mine is at and yet I feel its slightly high and people laugh at me.

Yes I would try whatever natural way you can. That is what I started to do because I do not want to be on meds if I can help it.
