High BP and elevated Lipids
ad
So I have not used any peptides before but recently started retatrutide and so far so good with it. I am also currently on test, deca, and winny. My BP is high and I have always had elevated lipids. Are there any good peptides that will help lower BP and Lipids?

Not medical advice, just sharing what I personally do and what’s worked for me. Always take ownership of your health and do your own digging.
Staying lean
Doing daily cardio (even just 30–40 min
walking fasted or post-workout)
Eating real food, low in processed junk and sugar
Managing stress and actually sleeping right
Keeping sodium and potassium balanced
Now, for what I personally use:
For BP and HR…
Cialis 5mg/day … opens things up, lowers BP, and improves gym performance too
Nebivolol 5mg/day … keeps my heart rate and BP steady, beta-1 selective so it’s mild
Telmisartan 40mg/day … love this one, good for BP but also helps with insulin sensitivity and overall cardiovascular health ( I am not using it currently, but combining if with neb is an amazing option )
For lipids (HDL, LDL, Trigs)
Ezetimibe 5–10mg … lowers cholesterol without messing with liver values
Fish oil … high EPA/DHA, I run 4–8g daily
Citrus Bergamot … underrated natural support
Niacin (flush type) … not fun at first, but works for HDL
TUDCA / NAC / Curcumin / CoQ10, overall liver, heart, and blood vessel support
OBS: THERES MUCH SUPPLEMENTS YOU COULD BE ADDING FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT.
Supplements are cool, but like I said, they only work when the foundation is tight. Cardio, hydration, and sleep make the biggest difference.
Now about peptides…There’s not really a direct BP/lipid one, but honestly, Retatrutide can help over time since it drops body fat and improves insulin sensitivity. I’ve seen that benefit personally. Tesofensine is another strong one, but it’s more intense and needs to be respected.(Can be addictive and fuck your up)
Anyway … that’s just what’s worked for me, and my opinion on this matter. Everyone reacts different. Test, track, tweak. Hope it helps a bit, brother man.
anvilThat's a quality answer. Nice work @Pandateston
Reta is know to elevate BP , lipids will be skewed by taking winstrol. Taking deca and Test you might have elevated estrogen. Unsure of BF levels but you need to start dropping compounds/ and or doses and see which is doing what to you, is it the deca, the winny, the reta. Then get the BP under control and use the drugs that work for you the best.
Absolutely, brother, you nailed it. Dropping compounds or lowering doses is definitely the smartest first move.
Sometimes it’s not just one. it’s the synergy between them that really tips things over.
If I had to guess blind, I’d say Winny’s doing the most damage here, especially on lipids (which, as we know, directly impacts BP).
But like you said … without knowing BF, dosages, or the full routine and context, it’s all just educated guesswork.
Solid insight as always, @anvil
Thanks for sharing your routine. I am going to try some of the suggestions on here. I have never used cialis but I do have some that was given from sources for free. I will split in half and see what that does. I have improved diet a lot but still a work in progress and I am on Retatrutide but its only week 3 and I am liking results from it so far.
Ezetimibe can help a lot with lipids, and if you really have it bad you can add in 5 mg rosuvastatin. That combo can crush LDL by 50 percent. For blood pressure you can run low dose Cialis, telmisartan, nebivolol, or a combination of the 3. Depends how high your BP is.
Not a peptide, but Cardarine supposedly helps with lipids.
Not gonna lie, I kind of like cardarine. I called a very mild 5-10mg per day "reps in a bottle". I had forgotten about the lipid benefits (because dammit there is too much in this head of mine), glad I stumbled on this.
anvilOh what is the lipid acting effect of cardarine and how much change did you see in your blood work?
I ran it preemptively as part of a baby blast a while back with some test and mast. I didn't pull bloods on it, so I can not claim that it works as advertised for lipid control, just that it came up in the readings on it. But, I also seem to end up with pretty good cholesterol numbers despite my best efforts otherwise...
Cialis tanks my BP. Usually in the 130/85 range. 5mg a day and I'm always in the 100/70 range. I'm a hyper-responder to that stuff.
Thats what i was going to say. Cialis is cheap enough now and 5mg a day you're good for BP
Tried it for the first time a few months ago, after a week I ordered a 3 year supply. I love that stuff. Ridiculous pumps in the gym and also for the old lady at night. It's an absolute staple for me now. Keeping it daily, year round, until studies show it's negative for you..which they haven't yet.
