Meal Prep: Jan 12th-15th
ad
0400 - Waking up to a Chicken Biscuit, made some extra this week for the wifey.
0800 - Shake #1
0900 - Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Blueberry Granola, Fresh Blackberries!
1200 - Shrimp & Turkey Arrabbiata Pasta. Definitely on the spicy side, but taste amazing!
1600 - Shake #2
Dinner - Regular portion of whatever the family makes.
Calories - ~2332kcal Protein - ~308g Fat - ~57g Carbs - ~131g
Just missing caffeine macros! Will most likely be a Bloom energy drink on the way to the gym in the morning, and an Espresso from home on my way to the office.

Is that an espresso bean? I use a local company. Idk if you have one around but "the human bean" uses a real good bean they sell by the pound if you ask
There is no difference between coffee beans and "espresso beans", both are the same bean. The difference is espresso beans are roasted darker.
You can use any bean you like, and grind it up, and have espresso. All that matters is the pressure at that point.
We do have Human Bean! Love them.
My understanding is they're roasted in a way to better handle the pressure and heat of the espresso extraction. As long as we are both happy -- is all that matters

Shrimp and turkey, never thought of that. It’s almost like a gumbo.
Yeah! The turkey cooks up a lot like ground beef especially with the sauce.
It smells really good, and a quick taste tester had me happy!
I love spicy food too!
