Does Anyone run BPC 157 & TB 500 continually during a cycle for Tendon health and regeneration?

I am looking at getting one of these combined Vials of BPC-157 and TB-500 5mg+5mg of each and running it low dose/continually while training same as I do Steroids.

I moan about it all the time, so it will be no surprise its to try and help shoulder health and regeneration in the tendons and Rotator Cuff in both shoulders. Lately I have had an RTC niggle in the left and the tendon on the long head of the Bicep that connects under the shoulder in the right has been particularly sore. I am hoping that if I run this at 0.5ml per day (500mcg for each) or EOD that this may help tendons recover close to the rate that the muscle does. I also want to heal whatever little tears or strains I have caused.

Does anyone else run these peptides in general like this, rather than just when they are injured?

To me I've always thought that it would work well - only factor would be the extra cost involved trying to do it like this.

I ran BPC-157 at 2.5mg 3xweek shoulder injection w/tb500 3mg 3xweek sub inj. No more shoulder pain post 2 months and continued running for 4mo. Since stopped and no shoulder pain maybe 2 months post stopping injections.

Seems like everyone here is saying it helps well taking it but the pain eventually comes back once stopped.

I’ve read that PRP is effective at treating injuries but you need to find a doctor who does PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). They’re usually private doctors that take cash and not insurance.

My neighbor had stem cells injected into his shoulder and did not seem to think it helped. However, I don’t think he followed the suggested rehab protocols for after the injection.

Finally, according to Vigorous Steve, Anavar has been shown to regenerate cartilage. Seems like he suggests a low dose 5 to 10mg for an extended run 3-4 months if not longer depending on bloodwork.

I run 500mcg 2x a day in any agitated area. Typically my right shoulder and left elbow. So an a.m. shot and a p.m. shot. I would say for every 3 weeks of shots I get two weeks with no issues, then they creep back. I only use bpc year round and save the tb500 for on cycle. Last time I used it and did not have any issues during or after tb injections for I would say 3 months until they came back. I feel it is worth it.

I haven’t bought into TB but I do mix bpc with Ghk-cu every night. Nothing noticeable. I plan on continuing only on speculation but I wouldn’t be surprised to find out I should have just spent more money on HGH

Ever consider trying GLOW70 or KLOW80? Not just the double stack of bpc/tb?

Though to be fair none of those peptides are going to really help if you continue benching heavy and aggravating those shoulders.

I’ve run it in the past with great success for shoulder pain. I used the “Wolverine” stack (both bpc and tb in the same vial).

Used it everyday for 2 months. I’m just started it again and I’m going to test eod.

I have been running them along with ghk cu and honestly I can't tell any difference. I have no clue if it works or not. I almost feel like i wasted my money.

I use 500mcg subq ED if I feel anything joints or tendons wise. I inject into belly fat because I'm also using reta - BPC-157 has good effect on gut health also. Don't feel there's any need for site injections personally because it all ends up systemic anyway.

FWIW I had pretty bad elbow tendonitis in both elbows for a year and a half. This resolved after three months on BPC-157/TB500 blend. Can I be 100% sure it was this? No. I'm confident enough though that I'll continue to run through my next bulk.

Interested as well. I used these like 10 years ago before we knew much about them. Didn’t know they needed to be run for a relatively long period of time so my 6 week run didn’t do shit. I got some weird new pain in my left elbow that showed up after 2 off days after a perfectly normal week in the gym with no acute injuries. It’s weird though because it doesn’t seem like tendonitis. No issues pressing for Chest or push downs for tris or skull crushers where tendonitis usually shows up. I feel it with certain bicep exercises when I’m at full contraction squeezing. And with side lateral raises. Idk what exactly is wrong. Been here for 3+ weeks now.

I have and know people who do as well
Tb500 I think normally is 2 times a week whereas bpc is everyday or even twice a day. I had issues running tb500 ed

I was injecting too much and had an allergic reaction type of feeling. Body felt on fire/tingly itchy all over

I run the blend at 500mcg in the am daily for a bunch of my old man pains and old injuries it works as advertised.
