Ham, Turkey & parsley sauce eh? I've never tried those together. One of my favourite dishes in life is Cod in Parsley sauce so I will have to try it out but maybe with chicken. Hope you had a nice day Giar :-))

Sounds good to me, we have the same but beef instead. Slow cooked beef joint and 32 pigs in blankets haha, me n wifes favourite with Christmas Dinner.
Keeping it basic since we are all packed up to move on the 29th. Xmas Ham, Sweet Potato and Asparagus.

I did a prime rib for Thanksgiving. Over cooked it. Damnit. It got to 145 and that's a no go for sure. Toast on that egg nog from me
I usually do a prime rib but the prices pissed me off this year. So I am just doing a smoked turkey with all the fixins. Merry Christmas!
We supported a local restaurant and got a take home prime rib dinner for the for the family.

We bought two of the turkeys from there lol. prime rib I think they were 13.90 a lb up here at Sams
13.90. Do they wear a mask when you check out since that's robbery lol. I guess the stew meat for the stroganoff was 6.00 a pound. Merry Christmas big dog
